Um actually Nope to your "Nope". All the TI graphing calcs in the 8x series (except 89) run the z80. 89 & 92 are the only ones I can think of that run the motorola 68k See http://www.ticalc.org/ or http://www.calc.org/programming/display.php?id=4
When I was working electrical construction we did a new RPS hub. After seeing the things that happen to packages there I never shipped anything RPS. (I hadn't ever shipped anything with them before actually) From the way this discussion is going sounds like UPS and FedEX are the same way. Good thing we have the good old USPS. Oh, wait....
Your right, but, in the middle of the article (you did read it didn't you?) some microsoft marketing drone starts spinning FUD for damage control. Hence...
Rather than wishing that there was a Big Brother to watch every move, he just said that if there had been say face recognition technology at the airports it could have been prevented or minimized (at least one terrorist was wanted for terrorism previos to tuesday the 11th).
I can't find anyway to read FortKnox's comment that has him advocating a military dictatorship. Specifically he seems to be saying that:
A military dictatorship and backdoors in encyrption would be horrible despite their preceived ability to avert tuesday the 11th
and
The general public should take a wider view of their freedoms when bending to the immediate will of the alphabet agencies

P.S. FortKnox: Hope I'm not putting too many words in your mouth, but I couldn't let someone spout off based on their misconception
He's discussing a solution to a different problem. The article's problem has 2 colors only and every one answers at the same time. His problem has 'm' colors and every one answers in sequence
You would think a community like slashdot, which jumped at the opportunity to bitch and moan about generalizations toward geeky students (ref. hellmouth), might be a little slower to disparage people that don't fit into their group. I suppose that was too much wishful thinking. This community is just as ready to make fun of people they view as outsiders as any other.
I am a self professed geek, I also wear boots and a hat. I thought we (geeks) were more tolarant and accepting. I know I am.
Did you read the linked page before you posted to the topic? The poster at ThinkGeek has the actual contents of ~(1/2) the linux source (acct.c thru module.c). The schematic poster contains all the functions found within the linux source with some designation of how they all call each other.
You could read the article before you post. You would realize that admission is not based solely on the ability to build with legos. The legos are just a tool to evaluate problem solving and team work, and are a small part of the admission process. I don't really agree with the method but RTFA (Read the * Article) before you make a fool of yourself.
I thought we established this already on the Userfriendly bashing thread. Everyones idea of what is funny is different. That is part of what makes you an individual. You are not required to accept the opinion of someone else and make it your own. I personally think that the netsplit reference when they cut the hardline is very funny, but thats just me. You are entitled to your own opinion.
PS. I hope that anti-creative thinking, anti-legos guy replys to this.
Explain to me how someone can post the exact same thing twice (minor spacing differences) and have both of them moderated up? Does this seem absurd to anyone else?

And here I have to wait four more days for them to activate my dsl service.
The box is sitting on the desk yellow and green blinking to no end.

The two web based tools they refer to are "Other new features." The Compile Farm will apparently be a shell.

I know this has been posted already but I'd hate to read this person's uninformed answer and consider it fact
They say that they prefer it to be emailed, and that if you must snail mail it (hard copy) then you should send the original with 15 copies.
Enjoy,
