CL will always be needed for the really technical stuff, but if nothing goes wrong, a normal user would never have to use the CL (in windows/Mac, on LInux you can't do much without it (at least I've had to use it for a lot of stuff just to do some simple things)..

Have you looked at the back? they don't look alike, even the XOOM looks like an iPad if you look at it only from the front (I own a Xoom). In normal shop lighting conditions the iPad and the gTab don't look alike, you can clearly read 'SAMSUNG' on the front of the gTab.. turn them around, and you really must be blind not to see the difference.. to me, they certainly don't look alike..
Why are they only targeting Samsung? there are soooo many other tablets that look much MUCH more like the iPad, but only Samsung is targeted. Seems to me Apple want to block Samsung because the gTab is a real contender for the iPad.. To me, the distinction between the shitPad and the gPad is big enough for customers.
I think it's rather what happens to them if funding is stopped because it's too expensive to send supplies because the show is stopped (it's fun for a few weeks, but after that it becomes boring)..

What F-ing hypocrites are they, for me the US has done an act of war against Iran.. Why aren't they going after Israel with their illegal nuclear weapons? Why aren't they clearing their own nuclear weapons and why are they even developing new nuclear weapons.. Since I was a young boy in the 80's I've always thought that it would be possible to create a hit using a computer based on analysing all hits.. It's an easy way to create new songs you certainly would like.. Now with current technologies it really should be a breeze... I can't believe I would be the only one who ever thought up such an idea...

And if you can't do it in 10 minutes, than maybe you should be patient and rethink or learn to use VB6 beyond the 'VB6 for dummies' level..
You can do very advanced stuff with VB6, YES you can also do multithreading if you want to, but debugging will be a bit harder and you shouldn't mind having the IDE crash (it's not like VS.NET IDE doesn't crash ever)..
If only they released the actual VB7 which was according to insiders only a few months away from a RC, and which would have had real OO like real Inheritance and function overloading.. Yes VB6 is getting old, but it has better long-term support from MS than a newby tech like Silverlight.. Ofcourse if you have to start a new (big) project you would be a moron to start it in VB6, but we still have a lot of legacy applications which still do the job they were designed for and no real need to upgrade it to any fancy UI/modern language.. Hell C# is the new VB...
The biggest problem with kinect is the amount of space required to be able to use it, not many people have that much space in front of the TV.. It's great tech, especially if it's supplemented with a Move-controller..

If it's not put correctly in a contract and both sides disagree, it's up to a judge to decide, and I guess he will decide for something in between.. For me, 2 months support on a website is much too short, it's good enough to catch the big bugs, but it's certainly not long enough for the smaller bugs.
Also let's not forget a customer orders a website and he can expect the website to be 'bugfree' and if it isn't, the product isn't shipped accordingly to the order.. (You and I know it's ridiculous to think that way, but on the otherhand it shouldn't be ridiculous as it could also be a means for developers to add bugs so they can fix them for money later (yes that actually happens too sadly))..

Uhm.. Diesel and low emission? don't know in what world you are living, but diesel is much MUCH filthier as regular gasoline is. There is a reason why it has a seperate carbonfilter these days (well at least in my country, as it's required by law now for newer cars)..
But this is good news, hopefully it finds it's way into cars soon otherwise it's useless as we're switching to electric soon anyway (which is more necessary as switching to more efficient gasoline engines as oil is becoming more expensive and we're running out of it, and oil is also needed for other products other than petrol)..

This should really be banned as it soo risky, people are gonna use it for putting up latest newsitems etc., and no people aren't responsible enough to not use it.. Put a high sentence on it when people where using it and creating an accident.. I already see people watching movies during driving and moving from lane to lane due to it, you really just hope they drive themselves into a lamppost and die..
