Indeed This is the main reason I have stopped recommending Sony Vaios - It takes me at least an hour extra to remove all the crap they install then using HP's laptops - If you must supply it - stick it on a "bonus" CD only.
hmm I think this was my favorite phone as well but
The buttons were tiny The battery life was a joke (I carried a spare at all times) The UI was very strange compared with the nokia's at the time
Could someone just please produce a phone with reasonable buttons/battery life/gui that doesnt crash and is hard to destroy or do I have to do it myself!
I too do this but sometimes X decides that caps lock is on anyway - in this case you just need to stuff a biro in the gap to press the key and turn it off:D
1) Buttons big enough to press individually 2) Doesn't crash more then once a month 3) Doesn't dial the emergency services all the time 4) Waterproof and droppable
SMS GPRS are all very well but really a phone is for phone calls afaic
One day they will be obsolete -- until then theres a couple in my bag for that handy windows driver feature.
I've been trying to stop using them for at least 7 years
D
Nowdays i mostly use them once and then bin them -- I might have to reconsider this practice

My requirements are simpler

2) Doesn't crash more then once a month
