Great point, except that the Republicans did not have a "supermajority" when the DMCA was passed.

When Obama said that deciding the moment when a collection of 46 chromosomes becomes legally a "human life" is "above his pay grade", he was referring to God. I thought you faithy Republicans went nuts for that kind of thing

I thought this would cause you intellectual democrats to reject anything else said since he believes in what you equate to be the "tooth fairy."

    Palin's neglect of her daughter?

I don't think you understand that in most families both parents work at least 40 hours a week.

I would would be pissed if someone said that because my wife was not home (or myself,) she was neglecting her daughter.

What did you think of Hilary as a monther? Or does pregancy = bad parent?

If you think that then you must think that parents should have every right to control their kids lives.

This would not even be up for debate if we switched to a voucher system.

The argument that no one would go to public schools is a wash. Obviously you and people like you would send your children there simply so they won't be exposed to any pro-religious teachings.

And that is what the grandparent meant by school choice. Not the choice not to go to scool.

Hopefully, that means that Konqueror will be added to the official list of "supported" browsers then.

I really dislike having to use Firefox / Iceweasel to clear my spam folder. (Agent spoofing gives me the interface, but when I try to click on anything, I get stuck in a page loading loop. Either that or the whole page highlights itself and I can't chose anything.)

I know I can manually delete spam, page by page, with the html interface, but when you have +1000 spams, that gets tedious, fast.
