I don't think there was a change here. In many games as you level up, it gets easier to take on weaker characters. In Pokemon Go the higher level your trainer, the more likely the Pokemon are to break free. But I think this has been consistent since the beginning.
That's because you find pokemon that are higher leveled as you become higher level. And the balls don't level up as the pokemon do.
There is an xpose mod that shows you the level of the pokemon and the likelihood of catching it with each type of ball.
You are using those numbers in a vacuum, ignoring the fact that black people are more like (statistically) to live in poor areas with higher violent crime.
Also, as a police officer, you are more likely to be killed by a black person but - until BLM - that was for the same reasons I stated above.
Alternatively, this is the warning to Hillary that they have lots of stuff to blackmail that isn't public knowledge and knew - through watching campaign coverage news coverage - that this wouldn't hurt her chances for winning since the media would keep the focus on "evil Russians" rather than on the contents of the email.
In fact, most of the coverage seems more focused on what part Trump may have possibly hypothetically played in this rather than the actual content of the emails.
Make no mistake, but this hasn't hurt Hillary at all and has probably damaged Trump. And Russia is savvy enough to expect this outcome. Like us, they are skilled at the game of overthrowing and then installing puppet governments.
It's 'are they documented' or did upper mgmt just mention it in the hallway that there's no funding for backups so they couldn't be held accountable.
Unless IT asked for the stuff they needed in the hallways, there is documentation at least that IT was trying to prepare for this. If IT asked for this in that hallway and was fine with a no in that hallway, the IT folks didn't really think it was important.
Heck, I learned pretty low in the chain and at a very early age to ask for things in writing that went against what I thought was correct - only took a few times being burned to learn that. And also to know which battles where were fighting and which weren't (this would clearly land in the former category - at the very least above "was told no in the hallway" category.
Now, if they said 'make it so this never goes down' and gave IT everything they said they wanted and it still failed we can talk about IT's role in this. If IT took that mandate and incorrectly implemented it we can talk about blaming them.
What usually happens though is executives either never set the priority or failed to fund what was said was needed.
So in your world, IT needs to be told that there should be backups for system outages (for an airline no less) and once they are told this, they need to be provided an unlimited budget.
I guess short of that, ITs job is to reset passwords?
It's fun watching every department point to every other department for blame.
IT - It's upper managements fault. We assumed they took care of it. Or now, it's facilities fault. Upper MGMT - It's ITs fault. We assumed if it still needed doing they would have told us.
Just need IT and Upper MGMT to talk first so they can sync the blame on facilities.
It was rigged psychologically. Bernie would win states but the super-delegate count always made it look like Hillary was getting all the votes. You had to break apart the numbers and understand how the democratic delegation system worked to understand how well Bernie was doing. Since people saw Bernie was losing, it was hard to build more energy to support him. There was a reason electoral turnout was down so much for the democrat primaries.
That's what I usually say when someone accuses me of something. "Well prove they didn't do it" and watch them try to find proof they didn't ever do something.
The whole democrat party has history and ties with Russia and has never seen Russia as a threat to the US until the democrat party was targeted.
"President Barack Obama was caught on camera on Monday assuring outgoing Russian President Dmitry Medvedev that he will have "more flexibility" to deal with contentious issues like missile defense after the U.S. presidential election." http://www.reuters.com/article...
"Gov. Romney... a few months ago when you were asked what is the biggest geopolitical group facing America, you said Russia,...And the 1980s are now calling to ask for their foreign policy back. Because the Cold War has been over for 20 years. But Governor, when it comes to our foreign policy, you seem to want to import the foreign policies of the 1980s"
You'd almost think they were to the point of micromanaging bathrooms.
How the fuck do you mange to keep twisting things like this?
It is the Democrats telling business that all sexes should be able to use the male or female bathrooms. It is them saying that the government has the right to tell people how a bathroom has to work. The republicans are saying the government should stay out of it, not take over it. The dems are the ones using this as yet another power grab.
How do you turn that into anything other than democrats attempting to take over the regulation of something as basic as a toilet?
You mean like who I'm allowed to have sex with?
Where are you getting this from? Or are you so restrictive and controlling that you think that people should only be allowed to have sex if they are married?
What women are allowed to do with their bodies?
Short of abortion which is a much more complicated issue than you seem to grasp, what are you referring to here? Or do you honestly believe that not giving something for free means that you are against something? In which case, why are the democrats against people having cars, TV's, homes, etc?
No. Obama would never tell Poland how it should run its country.
Oh shit "We now have a continuous presence of U.S. troops in Poland with our aviation detachment at Lask Air Base... I recognized that Parliament is working on legislation to take important steps, but more needs to be done.”"
Good points, but $299 or $399 or $499 for those as features? I'd rather either be rude and watch my phone or, better yet, untether myself from my phone and listen to someone's conversation without requiring instantaneous updates from social media rather than shell out that kind of cash for that.
I said the same thing of smart phones when they first came out. Why would anyone want a small phone screen when they can have a large monitor or laptop? I was wrong.
I love my smart watch. I am one generation behind because that makes it in my price range.
Reasons I like it: * Being able to read and respond to texts discreetly * People able to see who is calling by simply looking at my watch * Fitness tracker (I know it's not exact but it still helps me set goals to beat) * Helps me keep track of my phone (it vibrates if I lose Bluetooth connect so I never leave it behind.) * GPS Maps on my wrist for walking even without my phone (with maps already downloaded)
The newer ones look even more feature rich. I'm looking forward to when the 3rd generation comes out so I can grab a second generation watch.)

Unlike the usefulness of most other games?
If it brings the user a fun experience, then it is useful.

Emby supports this
I'm pretty sure the off button (closing the page or not going there) still works.

Do you really assume every person who owns one is capable of that?
I am sure everyone is able to switch off the power breaker to their AC/Heater unit.
Are those in the "global Unicode standard"?
did you read the post i responded to or skip to mine somehow?
Now would be a good moment for the Republicans to post all their emails to show they are nothing like that.
I was commenting on the silliness of that request. It sounds like you agree but missed that post.
I remember being afraid for years (decades) of a closed closet door with the closet light on after watching Ghostbusters.
Typical democrat. Viewing comments as though they were made in a vacuum instead of in the context of a discussion.

And what help do you need not to be able to spot an obvious troll?
That;s the point. Obama told Romeny that Russia is not a threat and made him look old and dated in thinking that.
Typical response.
Emails leaked harming the democrats: "Ignore the emails and instead, focus on who released them!"
My post "Ignore the post. He used democrat instead of democratic!"

Perhaps you should read copyright law?
Money has absolutely nothing to do wether there is an infringement or not.
I think you missed the poster's point. The guy was tracked and found by the ads.

That's why you get the previous generation
