    Pretty much have to be a SysV to get this (which even the BSD's can't get). so it has to be SysV based, because BSD's can't get Unix certification, apart from OSX, which is BSD based. did you actually read anything more than "officially unix"???

    How can you buy what they aren't making/selling? You monkeys all enjoy your old PATA drives. I'm sure your copy of DOS 6.2 with BIOS v.912.34.110, DIN keyboard and Serial mouse will work wonders. for the rest of us, we can accept that technology progresses (SATA, EFI, USB/Firewire, Bluetooth, but obviously nothing coming from Redmond) and enjoy the advantages those progressions bring.

    i be just a "lowly" web designer. trick is to find somewhere that market demand outstrips skilled people. and you can literally name your price. i just increased my income by 50% (to what i said before) in a new contract.

    Don't be so quick to assume you NEED to go to uni to get a decent job. I LOVE the look on peoples faces when (after learning im on $150K @ 23 y/old) they ask "where did you goto uni?" and i say "i didnt even finish H/School".

    People need some form of entertainment. Or, perhaps more accurately, a society benefits if its people are entertained. Whereas no person or society needs pornography except for the aforementioned unbalanced people. Ok. I've got it. the ban was on images and movies, right? well. lets go to a sex club. its definitely ENTERTAINING, and its NOT PORNOGRAPHY! everyone wins. and if the crazy guy goes ape and shits in the corner, he'll get paid for a nights work

    so the hotter they get, the more power they generate. and the more power they generate, the longer they run. and the hotter they get, the more power they generate... but what determines when a section will automatically be jettisoned? if the LCD gets a crack in it, will it instantly be disconnected, so the rest isn't compromised?

    I've seen ISDN (128k) advertised here (oz) as iDSL. couldn't f**king believe it. however having said that, im quite content with my 16mbit ADSL2+ for now.

    you missed the important part. "without the authority of the copyright owner;" anything released on itunes or MS store is clearly going to have the copyright holder's blessing. see this is why the US legal system is fucked. they should impose fines on assholes for creating this frivolous cases. i dunno. even claim $10 an hour for every hour of time it takes up for everyone involved. lawyers, the companies being sued, the judge, court staff, etc. maybe that would stop it. or you could just shoot all the stupid people. but then someone has to assassinate the president.
