Worse than that. It leaves itself open to attacks. I have read (but cannot prove) that Steam is not all that secure.. For the same reason, I don't use Empathy or any other video communication.
The main point I was showing was the weight of water vapor and methane are close.. They circulate, up and down with temperature in the troposphere. We even have downdrafts. We even have microbursts, capable of 170mph velocities.. Air moves.
Let's see, water vapor density is 0.804 and Methane is 0.769.. If you don't suck it in at ground level, the Jets will take care of the rest. Besides air circulates up and down as air cools and heats. It eventually gets taken out.
You'd think by now we would have had enough common sense to be able to update phones with updatable parts. Throwing away a phone, case and all, is insane.
Methane released unburned by itself, not only turns the world's temperature up. It does it on steroids! Burning methane does add carbon to the atmosphere; but it's a closed loop. (Every full grown tree absorbs 40 LBS of carbon a year.) Since the ice is going to melt anyways because of our stupidity with fossil fuels. Taking the burning option will slow things down. Because if we don't the ice will melt under the polar caps and be released in one big burp - jumping the world average temperature level to heights never perceived!!
Lingering? Methane tends to stay close to the ground. Think of all the auto's, trucks. furnaces, power plants, etc, etc, Taking in methane. One would think that we have to burn and recycle the troposphere pretty rapidly. The methane is burnt.
To add to what you are saying. Example: If I have a 60hz video monitor and my ambient lighting is slightly out of sync with the monitor, my eyes precieve flickering, which is very annoying.

Why didn't the judge just force the accused to run his password to prove his innocence in this special case? The Judge didn't need the password. And special cases should be made rare, targeted, and limited to what the person is accused of! Find something else? Tough luck!!
Well when enough marine life dies and seafood dwindles, I think something is going to change when people have less on their plates. And rich folk don't have their lobster.
Since the brain and body grow as one unit all your life. They are as one. To me, I can't see putting a brain into a foreign organic body that has been tailored for another person's brain since birth.. So maybe a prosthetic body is a better choice since a prosthetic body can be "tuned" to that particular brain and feel more as "one" again.
Before you even consider this, get the FCC on your side. Get a group of savage lawyers who know how to fight. It's got to be air tight legal permission.
