Lacks a means to switch more than 2 weapons?

You need to take a look at ratchet and clank or resistance 1/2 on ps3. The ps3 controller is no different in its ability in this respect, and it's executed perfectly. ~20 weapons easily switchable without problem.

Can't use half a dozen inventory items? What the ever loving fuck. I don't even know how to address that any other way. Once again, reference insomniac games, or you could even look at mass effect. Quick and easy examples that show it can be done and done extremely well.

Checkpoints? Yeah there's checkpoints in games now. You know why? Because the levels are 10x bigger. Go play Duke 3d, Quake, Doom II or your nostalgic not freespace game of your choice. The levels were quite small. How small? About the size that exists between checkpoints in most modern games. The difference is that in modern games you don't have to spend 30 minutes exploring the same area just to find the 'blue card' so you can progress. Yeah some modern games suck because they're on-rails shooters, but acting like checkpoints are the problem wreaks of confirmation bias. You want to talk about wussy, you could have god-mode, noclip and skip to any level you wanted in 15 seconds in those old games. Checkpoints? HAH. Just throw in rise of the triad and jump straight to El Oscuro. Talk about having it easy.

How is yoga a pseudoscience? I was not aware there was even any attempted 'science' aspect to it at all, and my family is very active in yoga practices. Perhaps there are cultish groups that use and promote yoga, but unless I'm missing something very major yoga itself is not a pseudoscience.

Hmmm.. nuclear, laboratory, medical... hmmm These things all have something in common. When something goes wrong, you don't throw the device away and walk up to best buy to get a new one, you are probably looking into limb re-attachment or a way to hide your brand-spanking new green glow when posing as your alter-ego.

If the attacker has this much physical access to your system/data then you've lost LONG before the TPM chip failed.

I think you're missing the point here. When people walk in the city, they voluntarily enter the road frequently. It's not about "oh whoops, I entered the street without knowing it hurr durr". It's about "Ok, crossing the street.. oohhh someone replied to me on facebook!"

In the city there are many things that are not in your immediate proximity that could be very quickly. Not maintaining a reasonable awareness of your surroundings except for that which is nearby is quite dangerous in the city. Not to mention the ease of being swindled while distracted. I find your comment particularly ironic given your signature, since your comment seems to imply that you expect those around you to keep a look out for you, but not vice versa.
