    registration number and names are must be matched, which is not publicly available. it is not easy for average Joe to get other person's number , and it is illegal.

    yes, Other companies are doing it similary, but the problem is, samsung did it,and still doing it, on a VERY large scale. AND IT WORKS!. event after these reports NOBODY(congressmans, prosecutors, government office such as korean IRS) want to investigate samsung right now and peoples are angry about it.

    it already happened and worse, korean companies actively hiring former judges and public prosecutors. a few years ago even a prosecutor who was investigating samsung quit his job and hired by samsung, there are some laws to prevent this, but it is useless to high ranking officials.

    there are several ISP and service options in korea. usually, price is $20~$40, 1Mbps~100Mbps down, 640Kbps~100Mbps up.
    If you are lucky, you can get 100Mbps service with less then $30. I'm paying $35 for 8Mbps down/640Kbps up.

    which phone? landline? mobile?
    In korea, only old people use landline ;-) almost everyone has mobile phone.

    The most popular one is MSN, and many people use other custom built IM software (made by mobile telecommunication company)

    In korea, they had several dialup serivce company and many local bbs, from 1200bps to 56kbps. highspeed broadband(2Mbps and faster) is introduced in late 90.

    Technically, the 1991 war remained a cease-fire, a truce which Iraq violated by firing on US patrols during said cease-fire. This invoked the US's right to resume hotilities.

    It was WMD, not violations, bush said so,

    Furthermore, Iraq was in violation of about 2 dozen UN resolutions.

    Absurd. We are still finding Egyptian mummies and artifacts that are several millenia-old buried in the desert. We could find Saddam's weapons 250 years from now buried somewhere.
