    I solved this problem a long time ago. They have to pass my test. I just hand them a "not working" system. They have to spot the fuck up by themself and fix it. Nothing fancy, if they know how to handle man pages and bundled shell commands. No Internet searching allowed. People failing that simple test are out with my foot in the ass.
