    People seem to have the impression the cameras are watching *you*. Well sorry to burst the bubble that is your vanity but that is not the case. The cameras are looking out for trouble. i.e when the crowd starts to run about chanting "Hit him Reg!" during chuck out time.

    At the end of the day, they pay me for my skills as a programmer. I could blow "smoke" up all there ass's and they wouldn't know. Problem is though, that is never the problem. The problem is they always believe as managers they are greater. And knowing programming 101 won't help them make informed decisions or decide best practice. As a manager they need to learn to listen, trust and RESPECT there workers.

    I was just working on a simple php script to pull rss feeds but found most sites only give title, link and description details for the items... why no date? seems nuts. /. does provide a date however, the loverly people.

I've been looking for a memory stick for ages that could live on my bike/house/work keychain that sits on my bike through all kinds of shitty weather, looks like this one will withstand all the rain god gives and vibrations a bike pumps out unlike countless wimpy mem sticks in the past. woot! /me runs out to buy one!

    Aircraft == Air

    Just think.... my iBook and Powerbook laptops last much longer on a fresh battery than a comparably equipped Intel Mobile Pentium based laptop or even more energy conservative chips...

    Yes because Intel based laptop manufacturers would never think to use this tech in there laptops. Mac users are so much more intelligent than PC users and this proves it once and for all!
