What I want...Here's what I want in a wireless keyboard:
- Ergo split-board/halfmoon design
- Arrow keys in a T-shape, not a cross
- Mouse button (not a touchpad) in that space where the keys split
But nowdays, it seems hard just to find these features in a non-wireless keyboard, especially since Adesso discontinued their NU-Form PC keyboard with mouse button.
Has anyone found something similar to this, wired or not?

Re:What, nobody has an Adesso?I must concur, that Adesso keyboards are top-notch. Myself, I own their "Tru-Form" keyboard, which does have the ridge ("tenting") in the middle. I really value it for that featrue; in fact, I upgraded to this Adesso because my old ergo keyboard didn't have the raised middle. And, the Adesso also has a split spacebar (a rarity on ergo keyboards, it seems)
As a bonus, the "Windows" keys don't have the "Windows logo" on them -- rather, they have a simple drawing of a four-paned square window. Of course, there are stickers for the keys that come with the keyboard, to "upgrade" to the Windows logo, but I threw those out
:).And, it's only $32 with free shipping (but not free handing) from eCost.
Also, I'd like to mention Dvortyboards. They're regular keyboards, but with both Qwerty and Dvorak letters on the keycaps. Best of all, though, you can switch between which mode (Dvorak or regular) simply through a switch on the keyboard (no software changes needed).
Until recently, Dvortyboards only sold a non-ergo keyboard. However, they now sell an ergo one too. The funny thing is, though, is that the Dvorty ergo keyboard looks suspiciously like my Adesso, even with the split space bar

Adesso
I started having some minor pain, and got an Adesso <http://www.adessoinc.com/> keyboard (the MCK-208 Tru-Form sans touchpad [picture]). It's great, and I've since gotten one for home as well. It cost me all of $40 US at http://www.warehouse.com/
The great thing is that is has all the keys in the normal places (the 6 is on the left side, BTW), and none of those stupid internet keys like the MS keyboards.

What, nobody has an Adesso?I've had the Adesso Nu-Form for 2 years now, and it is awesome! It's even got a little 'pencil-eraser' pointer in the middle, but alas, only 2 mouse buttons.
I use a Microsoft Natural at work, and it is vastly inferior to the Adesso. I think because the Adesso has a flat design, while the MS one rises in the middle. *shrugs*
On another note, I've found that the big split keyboards don't do a lick of good for comfort unless I balance them in my lap--the people in my office think it's odd, for whatever reason.

Adesso make them
Adesso makes ergonomical keyboards that have either the pointer or touchpad built into the keyboard. I have a NuForm with the pointer. I use it occasionally but my primary pointer is my Logitech MouseMan+. The keyboard pointers only have 2 buttons so it makes it a little difficult in X.

Adesso. mmm, pointer on the keyboard.I have an Adesso MCK-108P, which is a nice split keyboard with a trackpoint in the middle. Having the pointer on the keyboard is great -- you don't have to reach much at all for the mouse. They also make models with built-in trackpoints or no pointer if you really prefer. I'd definitely check them out -- they make good keyboards, and don't charge too much.
As far as window managers go, when I last used fvwm2 a while ago, I was able to bind keystrokes to do actual mouse movements. This might help with those focusing problems you mention -- while I certainly wouldn't want to use a keyboard-controlled pointer for a lot, simple things like switching focus shouldn't be too bad.
Unfortunately, you'll probably never be able to entirely say goodbye to the mouse. But, with a decent keyboard and pointer combo, you can make it a bit less painful. My hands started hurting a lot less when I switched to the Adesso.

Adesso TruForm
No one seems to have mentioned Adesso yet.
www.adessoinc.com
My roommate has a MS Natural, and I have the Adesso TruForm. Ordered mine from pcconnection.com. It was ~$20 cheaper than roommate's MS; it has full-size movement keys (cursors, PgUp, etc.), full-size Function keys; it allows you to tilt up the front instead of the back (more comfortable for me anyway).
Not so sure yet about the quality. It works okay overall, but my right Ctrl keycap is loose after two months of use.
Oops! I'm late for history...
