Dockers Mobile Pant

Dockers...
Dockers sells their Mobile Pant. There are three zippered pockets that supposedly will hide your PDA and accessories.

Mobile Pants
Dockers makes cargo pants -- Mobile Pants -- built from hidden pockets. They look more or less like standard business khaki's, but have hidden cargo pockets in the outer seam.
If that doesn't work, buckle down and get a man purse. I got mine this past summer, and my notebooks, camera, ipod, palm pilot, headphones, and cell phone have never been easier to carry around. You will look better for it. -
Burst post!
Even the explosive fecal burst in my pants is no match for Dockers with Stain Defender! Thanks, and enjoy.

Fo Shiggle My Niggle
Early post for Dockers with Stain Defender! They can hold a leaky penis or a puddle of soupy feces! Thanks, Dockers!

BitTorrent is a good name
Sir, you ask me if I want to leave my desk to go to the bathroom? There's simply no need! I'm wearing Dockers with Stain Defender!
Yes, even a soupy puddle of feces won't drip through! Thanks, Dockers! -
Re:I have 3 words.
Actually, yea... we already do have them. Here. Have had them for a couple months at least now.

Nice Pants
Remember the stain-resistant Dockers?
Water rolls right off them!

Size matters!
The Zaurus is really cool. My boss has one and I really got a kick out of playing with it. The biggest problem with the thing is its size. There's no way it would fit in your pocket, even if you're wearing geek pants. A requirement for all modern PDAs should be a form factor smaller than the Palm III.
It'll be a really cool toy once it fails and ends up in the bargin bin though. -

Mobile Pants
Saw this story in the local paper this weekend.
Gist: Dockers has a new line of their khaki pants, specially made with pockets for your mobile phone, iPaq, etc.
More info (not much) here.

Dockers has an idea
There was a story in our local paper about Docker's coming out with "geek" pants this month (August 2001). I guess they were normal enough looking dockers except with "hidden" pockets that are on the inside of the pants and hide the lumps well. They said they were zippered pockets so I'm assuming they are hidden in the seam of the pants. Maybe Dockers.com has more info.

Dockers Mobile Pant
Dockers recently announced their new Mobile Pant line (warning - gratuitous Flash intro). They look like regular khakis, only they have "hidden pockets" on the inside for your phone, PDA, etc. The site is a little short on details, however; from what I can tell, you're supposed to get your iPAQ by reaching down your pants.

Re:Obviously...
So how do you get to the pockets, stick your hand down your pants?

Re:Obviously...
See the new Dockers "mobile pant". According to the company, "The Mobile Pant is keeping in step with the needs of men and their high-tech, mobile lifestyle by providing them with a stylish way of carrying the tools of their trade." I'm not sure you can fit a textbook in them though. And apparently they are only for men. I guess women do not have a "high-tech mobile lifestyle."

Re:Server in your pocket?Does this mean it would act as a server in your pocket?
Get yourself a pair of dockers mobile pants, and you, too, can have a beowulf cluster in your pants!!

Dockers Mobile Pants
Alternately, I'd be happy with a pair of those Dockers Mobile Pants. That way, I can still have my geeky PDA/Phone without embarassing "Palm Pilot Pocket Bulge". (I used to carry my Palm V everywhere until I noticed that all of my jeans had big rectangles faded into the pockets where my PalmPilot used to be. You just can't impress the ladies that way.)

Why not make it personal ...... with an ad-hoc "scatternet" using Bluetooth?
Of course, if you're operating an ISP from about your person then you'll need your Dockers Mobile Pants.
Regards, Ralph.
