    Smart move because it means they get to look like heroes despite their deceptive business practices. And yes, lack of meaningful disclosure of material terms/conditions is deceptive. And no, fine print is not meaningful disclosure, even assuming the fine print was all-encompassing to begin with.

    You've had the luck of the draw, friend. You may not have been on a bus with a screaming lunatic, but I have (in Portland, OR, with its good transit system, yet).

    On the other hand, I haven't had the misfortune to get robbed or assaulted on public transit.

    Probably aren't any yet. Any flow should have been confined to the crater and obscured by ash and steam. The event came just before local sunset. Things may be clearer in the morning.

    The Mt. St. Helens webcam sometimes picks up the infared glow of exposed lava after dark. It went offline Friday, but service was fortunately restored this afternoon -- just hours before St. Helens burped. Check to see whatever can be seen here. My site also has some background on the webcam.
