Re:Streisand Award
You may want to note that while the IOC allows them to use "Olympic" (although that word isn't used on the official site, so that might not be true either), they definitely don't allow them to use the Olympic rings. (And if I read correctly, they're not allowed to use five of anything, because that might "dilute the brand".)

Re:Missing tag
Or check out Sledge Hockey. You don't need to be wheelchair-bound, but those who are probably have an upper body strength advantage.
There's also Wheelchair Curling. Of course, that's played on a different type of ice rink than hockey. -

Re:Vital step missing
And the same thing could be done for almost any country.
Many of those are accusations, and while some are probably true, we can do the same thing for almost any country. Let's start a list, shall we?
England
England again (the world champ 100m sprinter... no!)
Germany
Ireland
Russia
Turkey!
How multicultural! Those took me about 5 minutes to find.

Do you mean the Paralympics?
To be accurate/pedantic, that's the name given to it by the International Paralympic Committee, who run it. It's now linked to the Olympic games, so you can't have one without the other. And the origins are as a sports competition for WWII veterans with spinal injuries, so physical disability/prosthetics have always been included, and the other categories were added later. However, the intellectually disabled athletic categories have been thrown into some doubt by the Spanish cheating cheating (ten of the 12 strong basketball team weren't actually disabled in any way), so they won't be included unless there is some way to make sure the athletes are genuine.
