Re:Now all they need is a left handed version..
Sure I can.
Ofcause if you want it to be the same quality as Logitech og Microsoft I suppose you could clue som cardbord onto the side so you'r fingers will rest in an uncomftable position.
Copperback will most likely be better then or at the very least as good as the G5/7's. -
For what it's worth
Keyboard: http://www.clickykeyboard.com/
You can smash this keyboard with both hands, your head, and anything else and it will always work. Resists Sodas, coffee and cat hair very well too!
As for mice, I really am in love with the Razor Diamondback http://www.razerzone.com/, you can change sensitivity on the fly with the roller while holding down any button you chose. Plus it has a LOT of buttons, 2 on each side. Regardless if you use them all or not, it's nice to have them there, unlike the Logitech mouse here which has 1 (!!!) side button. Obviously they are NOT researching games very well! -
I use....
A Razer Chameleon and an Elumix Black. Was going to go with the Logitec Mouse....but the Razer looked nicer and IMHO the buttons were easier to get to.

Both seem to suit me just fine. -
Diamondback Pwns
Being a Diamondback owner and having done all the research into what became my purchase of the ultimate performance mouse, the contest boils down to two of the four mice listed -- the MX518 and Razer Diamondback, which have virtually identical optical sensors. The MX1000 and Razer Viper have older, less capable sensors, and at least one of those mice has known to be plagued with ugly tracking and pixel skipping problems.
I'm partial. If I'm to recommend one mouse over the other, go out and fetch the Diamondback. Razer is even planning special edition versions of the mouse with green optics, and already they have a plasma blue version released, which looks pretty damn sweet. http://razerzone.com/

Re:best...mouse...ever
You should try to find a Razer Boomslang. Best gaming mouse EVAR! Plus, it has a scroll wheel (not optical, but with proper cleaning of the ball, that's not an issue).

Mouse won't improving gaming always
I bought a Boomslang 1000 for Recon 2000 because I thought the DPIs would really improve my fragging.
I ditched the mouse because I could never get use to the feel of it. Now that I am playing Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. I noticed large performance in my frags when I switched to cable from DSL.
My performance degraded because I switched mice. I did have better performance when I switched to an optical mouse. I believe that was due to the fact that I didn't have the annoying bumps caused by the dirt in your ball-based mouse.
Gaming usually comes down to PINGs and SKILLS. -
Credit Checks, Credit Ratings, And Minors
I like the idea of one-use credit card numbers -- eliminating fraud should have been the #1 priority of credit-card companies since the e-commerce boom, and I'm glad to see that AMEX has been thinking about this problem. However, I am curious about a few things.
First, how will the numbers be issued? My first thought would be instantly, over the 'net. But then I realized that would just be stupid -- the fraud would just be transferred over to getting the #s in the first place.
Second, how will AMEX ensure that you will pay your bill? Will they require that you have an alternate AMEX card, and bill THAT one monthly? (Not that bad an idea, actually..) I don't have a credit card myself (I'm only 18, and I don't think I could handle the responsibility.) but I know of a few items that are a royal pain in the ass to find in stores. (My Razer BoomSlang 2000 is one such item..)
Third, will PEOPLE be able to handle such convenience? I know that impulse buying is a big part of business (why else do stores have all that candy sitting next to the register?) and, if the numbers are instantly available online, you might buy a $900 computer system on a whim, and not have the cash to cover it.
Thoughts?

Razer BoomslangThis quote from the website made me laugh...
"Razer makes for penetrating, explosive gameplay."
Who says there's no sex in advertising?
