as soon as they can come up with more content that is not just more monster chiller horror theater they might have a chance. I think the real win for this will be with video games. even just making the most basic platforming game in 3D would be pretty cool.

Dr Tongue's 3D House of Stewardesses. Though I personally think the Evil House of Pancakes is a better spoof of the sad state of 3D, both then (1982) and now.

Finally, a medium that can take the high caliber of SCTV and Count Floyd's MONSTER CHILLER HORROR THEATER and deliver it to a mass audience in it's original format!

No one other than a Canuck would know who Bob & Doug are. Even most Canadian aren't likely to remember: the demographic is too narrow. My father doesn't know who they are. My son doesn't know who they are. I doubt that even my brothers would know.

..would love to see a mix of 'Enterprise' and SCTV's 'Bob & Doug McKenzie' (Hey! They're puttin' some out on DVD!).

'The Great White North' and 'Farm Film Report' were probably the only funny things on SCTV.

This sounds like the Merv Griffin segment (scroll down to segment 4)... but it doesn't seem to have Dr. Tongue in it. Also, being Season 4, it isn't available yet.
