Re:66 ?
(Stuart Little could beat Chicken Little's [CENSORED].)

Sonny Bono owns you
Why would we need to track shipments of a Tim Allen movie produced and published under the Disney label if we're boycotting DisneyCo due to abuses of copyright law? Even people who consider the DMCA's circumvention ban not worth an MPAA boycott are boycotting DisneyCo due to its role in copyright term extension.

What, did we just fall out of the sky?

Is there such a thing as "mouse-related progress"?
What is it with Jobs and resisting mouse-related progress?
Anything related to The Mouse is not Progress. Remember that The Walt Disney Company was probably the biggest corporate backer of a piece of legislation called the Sonny Bono Copyright Term Extension Act. Does keeping all works from 1923 on locked up for another 20 years promote Progress, especially given that such Progress includes works that build on other works?

Nintendo is not like the Disney I know
Nintendo is a lot like Disney.
At least Nintendo doesn't make distorted adaptations of popular folk tales and then try to use trademark law and copyright term extensions to deter otherwise non-infringing and/or non-commercial competition. (There was the SuicideGirls incident, but that was Nintendo's law firm's mistake, not Nintendo's.)
Nintendo is a lot like Disney. 9 times out of 10 they put out the highest quality stuff around
May be true of Nintendo but not of Disney. Of Disney's last five canonical animated films (Atlantis, Lilo & Stitch, Treasure Planet, Brother Bear, and Home on the Range), only Lilo & Stitch got overwhelmingly good reviews.

Disney buys Ubisoft => no Lumines for you
Disney has a poor track record with regard to respecting the intellectual commons, even more so than other MPAA studios. If Disney buys Ubisoft, then advocates of the intellectual commons will have to buy Verticube instead of Lumines.

Re:Disney image
I for one don't mind their Disney status in videogames, as long as they are capable of pumping out Aladdin, The Lion King
Don't forget the Sonny Bono Copyright Term Extension Act.
