Re:That is so 20th century
Posting AC for very obvious reasons; I wanted to chime in that I have become far more racist against groups of people since the rise of the SJW in 2012/2013 and the subsequent cascade of hatred against the white male becoming a mostly accepted social norm. The notion that "you cannot be racist against white people" or "you cannot be sexist against men" or "black people cannot be racist" is no different than "the negro is unable to control his rage" or "women are mentally unstable and must be treated specially" except despite the non-PC nature there is some grain of biological truth to the previous two statements; read about MAOA aka "the warrior gene" and women's emotional stability under pressure. Seeing white nationalists banned from host after host for "hate speech" (many white nationalists don't even have a "hateful" message in the first place, certainly less so than what the likes of Bonita Tindle get away with) and the the batshit reaction to "it's ok to be white" have made it seem that some political positions in favor of white people is necessary and morally valuable.
As far as I am concerned, if black nationalist and supremacist groups are fine and dandy, white nationalist and supremacist groups should be as well. That's called "equality." But of course, in the new SocJus era, non-whites and non-males are more equal than whites and males. Much progressive, very Jim Crow, wow. -

It's called Passover Syndrome. And it ain't pretty.

Re:Oh man
Too much doubt... "That night, while hosting a party in Assange’s honor at her apartment, the already “raped” Anna Ardin Tweeted about how she was hobnobbing with “the world’s coolest smartest people, it’s amazing!” (After going to police on the 20th, she deleted these Tweets.) At some point during the crayfish hootenanny, Assange apparently stepped aside to phone Wilen at her home in Enköping, about 50 miles west of Stockholm. He left a message asking her to call him." http://takimag.com/article/jul...

Re:this is new how?
I don't think most Americans care about the "illegal" part, other than the propoganda about the illegals stealing jobs (most jobs they do sit empty, as no Americans want them), or draining taxes (they pay much more in than they take out, since the'll never collect medicare or SS), or all the other xenophobia bullshit spread by those whose real reason is simple racism. If you don't think it's racism, walk down the street in a minority part of town sometime. There'll be a negative comment about everyone they see. Of course, they realize they are racist because half the time they'll start the sentence with "I'm not racist, but..." If you have to preface with that, you are. Or the ever favorite, "I'm not a racist, I have a black friend, like this guy telling his hypothetical children to get one IWSB friend as a token black friend: http://takimag.com/article/the_talk_nonblack_version_john_derbyshire/print#axzz1zW8d9Umd

Re:Oh no
More resources means people will think they can make more people. Which, of course, will be worse in the long run since underground water never lasts forever, and it will be a larger population to starve.
What Africa needs is education, not more water to be exported to other countries.
The ones most seriously in need of education are westerners who think there's any hope of educating Africans. I'd start with this.

Re:Political Correctness?
"I lived in a neighborhood that became a ghetto. I know of which I speak. Besides, sorry, I'm not going to put myself in harm's way just so I can contribute to a community that doesn't give a shit about me."
There appear to be many Slashdotters who think you are obliged to do that. Wether THEY would do as they would have you do at your expense is questionable.
Indeed. Apparently there's a large number of Slashdotters suffering from "Passover Syndrome"

Yep. Even Jews know it.

Re:Better teachers and more funding !
How about instead of spending billions on idiotic projects like high speed rail in Florida (and elsewhere I am guessing) we spend the money on Education and higher salaries so we can attract better people to teaching (and get rid of the losers too !)
Maybe it would be more to the point to acknowledge that not everyone can benefit from education, and quit wasting money on trying to do something that just can't be done.

Re:My candidate is not allowed?Wait a second. You're accusing me of using "a single hit piece" to justify my dislike of Ron Paul, based on... that post by Justin Raimondo? He predicated virtually the entire bit on willful malice on the part of Reason and The New Republic (neither of which I generally have much time for), and tries to simultaneously justify Paul's publication with the claim that the comments were taken out of context while noting that Paul himself has repudiated them. As for the "false dilemma," the guy is fucking posing for pictures, and accepting cash donations from folks like Don Black. As in, this Don Black.
It's one thing to say that stuff went out under your name that you don't agree with. It's another when it happens for a period of ten years, you pick up endorsements from the leader of white power groups, accept cash donations from them, and pose for pictures with them and their kids. I mean, a couple racist comments and you're just an asshole, but sooner or later people start taking it personally, y'know? It's right up there with the "Barack Obama is a closet fundamentalist Muslim who will institute Sharia law in America if elected!" bullshit that's been circulating. That little meme wouldn't have the traction it does if he didn't have a "funny" name. Likewise, it's really just too easy to take an old white social conservative guy from Texas and put a white hood on his head.
You know, if Barack Obama had published a newsletter called "The Obama Report" which said things like "The Americans will come to rue their infidel ways when we launch the intifada from downtown Chicago," I could see how that analogy might make sense. But since that didn't happen, and the thing with Paul did, I'm going to suggest you reconsider your analogy. -
Re:My candidate is not allowed?
Wow, you posted a link to a blog that just quotes another article. That sure is convincing. And then the second blog posts a false dilemma based pretty much on the first one. I'll see your blog of a story, and raise you an originally authored story that pretty much debunks the whole "racist newsletter" crap.
The funny thing is, though I'm a fairly libertarian person, I'm not even much of a Ron Paul supporter, or a "Rondroid" as you so cleverly put it. I view him as the least objectionable Republican, but it wasn't enough for me to register as one, as I am ambivalent about him as president as he's a bit too much of a social conservative for me and he maintains some troubling ideas about science (yes, I'm talking about creationism/ID) I just can't quite get past. I'd like to think he adheres to his libertarian principles enough that those things wouldn't matter, but I'm not sure I would trust myself in the office of president to not muck with things I shouldn't, so it's difficult for me to trust anyone else to behave either.
But it really pisses me off that, like calling someone a pedophile, it's so easy to smear someone with the "racist" label. It's pure fucking bullshit, and I'm calling it as such. All of this complete crap eventually comes from a single hit piece written by James Kirchick of The New Republic, which if you were wanting to smear Ron Paul is the actual article you should've quoted.
That people fall for this crap almost every goddamned time makes it extremely tempting to root for the candidate who will most fuck up this country because we're a bunch of mouth-breathing idiots and we deserve it.
