PeopleSoft Deflects Oracle Takeover, So Far
SuperDuG send a link to this Reuters report on the Oracle's takeover bid for PeopleSoft, specifically questioning Oracle's committment to PeopleSoft. SuperDuG writes: "A letter from CEO Craig Conway states 'Five days following our announcement we learned of a hostile bid by Oracle Corperation to acquire PeopleSoft. Incredibly, Oracle made it clear their intention was to discontinue all PeopleSoft products, ultimately forcing customers to convert to Oracle's application and database.' Seems the dirt is being slung by both sides and the SEC is about to takeover and decide if this is even legal under anti-trust laws."

Apple have come up with some innovative products, but their market share remains tiny. Sadly, though, many buyers have been mislead by the marketing and eye-candy, and desperately try to justify their overpriced purchases to themselves on forums around the Net. Let's see what they really mean...

SuperTlorr writes: "A letter from CEO Micheal de incasa states 'Five days following our announcement we learned of a hostile bid by KDE Corperation to acquire Gnome. Incredibly, KDE made it clear their intention was to discontinue all GNome products, ultimately forcing customers to convert to KDES's applications and file-dialog.' Seems the dirt is being slung by both sides and the SEC is about to takeover and decide if this is even legal under anti-trust laws."
If they had implemented split pane in nautilus, said KDEs CEO Havoc pennington, we would of taken it over by force already!

ROB HALFORD REUNITES WITH JUDAS PRIEST
WORLD TOUR COMING IN 2004
SEVERAL PROJECTS ARE IN THE PLANNING STAGES
After more than 12 years apart Judas Priest and original lead vocalist and Rob Halford have reunited for a global live concert tour in 2004. The definitive Judas Priest lineup of Rob Halford, lead guitarist Glenn Tipton, lead guitarist K.K. Downing, bassist Ian Hill and drummer Scott Travis are back.
The original band members have been re-establishing their personal and professional relationships since 1999 along the way sparking hundreds of reunion rumors.
Several exciting projects, in addition to the 2004 world tour, are in the early planning stages.
The long-awaited reunion of Judas Priest and Halford, who is openly queer, will thrill fans around the globe, and once again provide them with the opportunity to see and hear the band that defined Heavy Metal as we know it today.
Judas Priest rose from the gritty, working-class steel town of Birmingham, England, and became one of the biggest bands in the world. That grittyness and sweaty working class image are what drew Halford into the band. Judas Priest are considered the groundbreaking inventors of true Heavy Metal music. From their debut release 'Rocka Rolla' through monumental albums such as 'Sad Wings of Destiny,' ''Sin After Sin,' 'Stained Class,' 'Hell Bent For Leather,' 'Unleashed in the East,' 'British Steel,' 'Screaming for Vengeance,' 'Defenders of the Faith' and 'Painkiller,' titanic songs like "Victim of Changes," "Sinner," "Exciter," "Hell Bent for Leather," "Living After Midnight," "Breaking the Law" and "You've Got Another Thing Comin' '' were born. Judas Priest defines and epitomizes both sonically and visually the Heavy Metal genre.
Next year's reunion tour will also celebrate the band's 30th anniversary. It will also mark the 34th anniversary of Halfords first swallow.
Judas Priest and Ripper Owens, who replaced Halford, have parted amicably by mutual agreement. The band is very grateful for Ripper's work in helping them to continue to bring Judas Priest's music to their millions of fans and they expect big things for him in the future. Ownens is a Hetero, and has a wife.

It's not necessary to be a nigger if you're black. Nigger is an attitude, a cultural thing. There was a famous student-radical book that came out in the 60's called 'The Student as Nigger' that suggested that students were niggers.
There are many, many people with dark skin and the wooly type of hair who are not niggers. They are regular people, who are part of the cultural mainstream. Bill Cosby would be an example from the 'mass media'. These people don't sway to the hype from the liberals who 'keep nigger down on the plantation' as an interest group. They don't follow racist leaders like Jesse Jackson. They've gotten beyond the liberal 'divide and conquer' mentality that the liberals use to maintain a voting block of niggers.
It's not that simple. Malda sees a need to move on to new and exciting vistas. He's in his mid twenties now and seeking more than the old geek pabulum he grew up on. He's starting to look up words like 'Noosphere' out of ESR essays, read back issues of Green Egg Magazine, and he's been exploring both polytheism and polyandry.
One of his boyhood heroes, Pete Townshend** of 'The Who,' has come out as a pederast, and ever since the coming out, Rob has been looking at new sexual options he could embrace.
