Hell yes. I have both the Schick Quattro and the Gillette Mach3, and the Quattro is terrible with getting clogged up with hair... Maybe if I shaved every day it wouldn't be a problem, but I only shave once a week, and the Quattro is just unusable. After every stroke, it's so clogged that I literally have to pull the hairs out by running my thumb over the blades (the opposite way, so it doesn't cut my thumb). The Mach3 is an absolute godsend in rinseability.
it does clog. i started shaving in the shower and it doesn't clog anymore. of course it's a pain in the ass to shave if you don't have good lighting and have to hold a hand mirror up, but it beats smacking the handle on the rim of the sink to try and get the clog out. i finally broke the handle doing that
