Well, for me deathmatch knitting always resulted in too much blood and sometimes an abortion. So, I'd go for something cooperative. Maybe a Massively Muliplayer Knitting with some friends over. That said, maybe some spool knitting is really the thing for him. Good luck!

The onus is on me too, to provide entertainment when the kids are asleep. Currently, there are a lot of series we watch, but in the past we've played video games as well. Simple ones like puyo-puyo and puzzle bobble (hacked Xbox running snes emulator). I hope I can get her onto the new Mario game on the Wii U, so we can co-op.
The funniest is when you see yourself in the mirror (after taking a piss or something) and you say to yourself "Am I drunk?". The pinnacle of a rethorical question.
grand slam the bed and wake up next to something that needs to be kept wet until it can be rolled back into the ocean
The little mermaid?
But seriously, there's obviously a market for such a device, since there are a lot of people that don't intend to drink too much, but still do because they don't know when to stop, or the drunkness comes very sudden, or just need some exterior motivation. This just isn't it, because it only works when you put those same cubes into the same type of drink every time. And for beers this is just plain stupid.
True. To the point it's annoying. I try to do my best speaking danish to them (which I'm still learning), and they answer in English. Uh, okay, so my Danish isn't good enough for you? I guess they just enjoy speaking English whenever the get the chance:)
The funniest thing is getting corrected by my kids, whom have less problems with pronunciation than I do. I'm dutch myself, and while not interchangeable, the languages are somewhat compatible (more so than danish vs german and dutch vs german, in my opinion). But their soft 'd' isn't easy.
Fun fact: Denmark itself is listed as one of the emerging markets which will finally have a native language release, in addition to the already supported languages which includes Dutch.
that the domain name was registered and used in bad faith
The domain name seems to be registered in good faith. Depending on prenuptial agreements, she might have as much claim on the domain name as he has already. A divorce lawyer might be able to help you out (IANAL tho).
No beer in cans of 33 cl in germany? I remember cheap german beer in dutch Aldi supermarkets of.5 l. Tastes like piss though, but that's just the cheap beer I'm sure:)
Liter sized beers? I don't know what part of Europe you're from, but most beers come in 33 cl cans or bottles. Some brews come in 50 cl (.5 l) bottles. In eastern Europe.5 l beers from the tap are more common. Western Europe has glasses of beer varying from 20 to 33 cl from the tap. In some places you can order a meter of beer, which is just a plank of a meter length with 10 to 15 beers (depending on the size of the beers) in holes.
Ah yes! And what I also really hate, is people not telling each other that their code isn't good. I mean, everybody makes mistakes, but for the love of code, let's prevent the same mistakes from happening over and over again.
In my company too, refactoring is considered taboo. (hey, that rimes!) Code gets copypasted all over the place because nobody dares touch a piece of working code. So when a bug is found in the duplicated code, it's fixed in 7 out of 10 (all slightly different) duplications (or worse, just the one place the bug shows up).
I rather take the blame when a new bug is introduced by refactoring a piece of code so it can be used from multiple sites, than create another duplication. I then usually mumble something about not having unit tests, but I know that even with that minor new bug, I've probably saved the company 10 major bugs (and a few depressions from later maintainers)
My granddad used to build stuff for me and repair bikes and such. Doing cool stuff with your grandkids while you still can. I guess some people don't have nice granddads and can only say "lame" all the time. Pretty lame.
Anything that can be distilled as "same as X, but on/with/in a computer"
That doesn't cover "Killing bunnies with a blunt knife", but I still object to it. So the statement that above covers everything we object to is inaccurate. I think that's what GP meant. Your "fix" doesn't make it better:)
Ok, losing my moderations now, but still going to post. You're right, but GP (AC) was debunking the claim of GGP (faedle) that the source should be produced to "ANYBODY requesting it for the price of materials". GP's response was "Not anybody" - just the people 1st party distributed to. You're response still debunks GGP's claim, but fine-tunes GP's claim in that it's not just the people 1st party distributed to (2nd parties), but any party distributed to (be it from 1st, 2nd or another 3rd party).
In short: GGP is still wrong, GP was mostly right but subtly wrong, and you're Todd Knarr:)
Guess what the single most pathetic thing imaginable is...

Argh, fail @ typing skills: "fishface"
"Hey fishsface!"

I think we can put our differences behind us, for science. You monster.

Hm, ok. I learned something today, then. Tnx.

Hibernation in Linux uses a swap partition.
Which is something to be aware of when you're setting up a multi-boot system with shared a swap partition...

And by you I meant "multi io".
Hm, I'm sorry, I think I misread you. Still, nice link, eh?

Couldn't something similar be achieved using the Pointer Lock API, as implemented by Firefox and Webkit browsers?
