  4. Re:The invisible hand of the free market on Why Fear the End of the R-Rated Superhero Movie? · · Score: 0

I'm not sure the movie would have done better with a pg-13 rating. I have never heard of The Watchmen until the previews were on television. I'm sure many others haven't heard of it either before the previews. Most rated R movies would of been just fine with a PG-13 rating. Considering that most of the films just add a lot of unneccesary violence/sexuality that is not related to the story line. I do believe that a super hero movie could be made with a R rating and do extremely well if the material isn't just added for the shock factor but actually flows with the story and is needed. Also, it would help to make it a well known superhero. I think that a lot of people do disagree with the studios decisions on movies and would/could make a better superhero movie. There is a difference though, These particular idiots (The Studios) have a lot of money to produce these movies. Which, we do not. Just my two cents though.

You would think it would be easier to make a map and mods in Counterstrike. You can get pretty detailed with the maps and it would be the most cost efficient.

Anytime we use seawater it goes through a heat exchanger. You can imagine the mess if the system gets contaminated. Plus the hull of the boat is pretty thick... The only temp difference you notice is in the bilge areas close to the hull. Plus you have to be in a really cold area... IE: Alaska... Artics

  10. Great idea on Water Cooling Computers With A Swimming Pool · · Score: 0

On a submarine we use water to cool 90% of our electronic equipment. Main difference we use fresh water and not chlorinated. Since it seems that your main supply and return lines are constructed of PVC which thats what the pools plumbing is made of you should have no problem. Im not sure about the copper piping and the effects of chlorine. I wouldn't think it would be a problem since alot of well water systems have copper lines and the water is slightly chlorinated. Guess thats just my two cents!

One of the smartest, well thought comments I have seen in awhile. Thank you! "If the countries owned space" Another point though... If we launched a missile at another country, would we have to get permission from all the countries that the missile occupies in space to carry out it's mission??? Kind of defeat the purpose of strategic launch.
