It _is_ very true. In the EU, you have to cough up the fine first, appeal later. This was exactly what happened when MS did not pay up the 497 Euro fine, dragged the case on, and got fined again and again.
No, it doesn't. The error might be in floating point math but still, since you have no estimate of the error, this would definitely creep into integer calculations.
itz not pointless at all... infact as dreamchaser said, we need infrastructure in place.And why not plan of more organization across planets and solar bodies... Moon first in line?
