I watch those videos every day that they are released (Tuesday and Thursday). I recommend the lectures to anyone that has any interest at all in the subject. They are really good videos. The title is weird, but Professor Richard A. Muller claims it is completely serious.
In the U.S. these FM transmitters are allowed by Part 15 of the FCC rules. The power output of the transmitter must be very limited to prevent interference. I am not sure what other countries have equivalent laws.
That is disturbing to me since I use FF2 to store many of my passwords. However, I don't store passwords for more critical sites, like my bank's website. I recommend others do the same.
The PS3 it not a bad system. It is technologically top-of-the-line. However, three things ruin it. 1) $599 U.S. Dollars + 2) They are too hard to get. 3) No vibrating controllers.
Next Presidential Race:
Bill Gates with Steve Ballmer (Republican)
Steve Jobs with Steve Wozniak (Democrat)
Linus Torvalds with Eric Schmidt (Independent)
Who would you vote for?
You're doing it wrong.

What about the war on grammar?
At least you are honest. Thumbs up for that.
So much for the idea of "free" software.
Now I see why Microsoft doesn't want you to change the Vista startup sound.
This gives coffee cake a whole new meaning.
That would have to be one massive attack!

But people would pay for the hardware, no matter what OS is installed.
No, it just means that Wii fans actually have decency.
I am sure the Wii didn't have a "shortage" either.
The videos are pretty cool, but this article just seems a little incomplete.

One of the things I liked about Linux was the fact that it did not have so many legal issues.
I think the title should have been, "Outlook on Evolution".
Exactly.
I can't believe this would classify as news, but then again, half the news stories today state the obvious, too
I expected Slashdot to be better than that.
