    It's pretty easy. You know how on /. when you press the left mouse button while the cursor is located inside a tiny white box, letters will appear on the screen corresponding to the letters on the keys you're pressing on your keyboard?

    Same principle, but you don't have a lameness filter.

    Now, I'm not a neurosurgeon, but that strikes me as a somewhat risky procedure.

    Did they at least try medication first?

    So, it's a much farther distance (50 ly), has a binary system (instead of a triple system), and the planet is bigger than Jupiter (instead of smaller).

    How is this related to Polyphemus from Avatar more, than, say, Bespin? ... come to think of it, both Avatar and this discovery are both overhyped. Objection withdrawn.

    Last time I checked Final Fantasy didn't even have a continuing story, each game is stand alone and completely unrelated to every previous game (not counting the fan service sequel on the PS2)

    Well, there's Gilgamesh, but he's a bit of a special case.

    Something similar has already been done in monkeys to test gene therapy treatments - the experiments ended up curing their colorblindness.

    I'd suggest starting with something a little more conservative, though. There are already human tetra- and pentachromats.

    I think they even meet the criteria as well if you're careful when unwrapping the cocoons.

    Rough handling may cause them to go multi-threaded.
