Whats the danger?!, took me under 3 sec to close the window. CTRL + ALT + DEL brought up task manager and I killed it, simple as that. Then I took a mental note not to re-visit that website again : Done, ISSUE RESOLVED, end of story. It's not a vulnerability in any way, it's a feature of java script. It's not dangerous in any way, shape or form since it dosen't run code outside it's allocated memory. Sure you'll say : HA! but N00bs will click on stuff, SO WHAT, thier computer will still not be infected, and BTW, if they are stupid enough to click everywhere :
    1. They deserve whatever they get.
    2. I'm pretty sure thier computers(presuming they deserve to be called that) are already turned into spam zombies.

NO. Why, because we are assuming your product will gain or lose value but thats all assumption, we can't prove anything unless we have a time machine. So if your product ain't crap people will buy it. Like when they wanted to ban txt messaging devices in the theaters because people were txt msg'ing thier friends about the movie being no good ... and then what next, sue every1 who gives a bad comment, see it from the freedom of expression angle, wheter I tell you a movie is bad in person, by txt msg or by showing it to you it's all protected speech. Otherwise next it will be illegal for me to tell you the story and discribe you the movie in person because I am putting images into your head which are copyrighted.

"We cannot educate theater managers to be judges and juries in what is acceptable," he said. "Theater managers cannot distinguish between good and bad stealing."

Unfortunatly he(Mr. Theater manager) is not to judge, his job is to look for people using a camera and call the cops.

Now if there is a state or city law prohibiting the use of a camera at the movies she shall not pass go, not collect 200$ and go straight to jail after a trial with lawers, judges and jury if she is proven guilty.

Now about the stealing concern, you people need to understand the concept of stealing : You have a really cool new computer mouse allowing you to do precise motions and therefore granting you more headshots at counter-strike. Now, I come to your house and I take your mouse without your knowledge/permission/consent and I use it for my own porpuse. You can no longuer play 3d shooters because you don't have a mouse anymore. That is the action of stealing as discribed in the ten commandments. Now if I duplicate Images/Video/Sound/etc either with a camera or the the OLD DOS "copy" command and I bring those Images/Video/Sound/etc home for my private watching or redistributing or whatever, I did not deprive you of your good/property, because you can still watch or make people pay to watch your Images/Video/Sound/etc. Hence, this is not stealing you will NOT go to hell.

Now as stated earlier there maybe a law against that in your city/state/country and if you disagree with that law, get your butt elected or get somebody elected that will change it.

This maybe off topic but I think there is something seriously wrong in the US with the punishment they give to prisonners,

Some law makers aren't thinking. On that note, I wish to recommend a more appropriate sentence : 65 years of first line tech support :P (I meant that for Paris Hilton by the way)

Microsoft made everything so dumb proof, they have allowed n00bs to use a computer without having to learn anything. In that act they promoted stupidity and inneficiency. And all this promotion of the "none thinking society" as made people even more stupid, lowered the average IQ etc etc. And now everytime some1 calls me to fix thier comp. and have to do it for free and explain what im doing(bane of my existance right there) because it's a member of my immediate family, I think of Microsoft who made O.S.'s. for people who shoulden't use them. I mean, how would you like it if your country allowed people(i mean every1 aged from 5 to 125, blind or not) to drive without a drivers license and you have to repair every1's car for free, on your spare time!!! You'd be pretty angry at some politians woulden't you be? To top it all, see it this way, everytime I do support some1 and I witness stupidity in all it's glory, I mean I once told some1 over the phone to close all opened windows, and he got up, placed the phone down and went to close all the windows around the house, or I tell some1 to look for an icon on his desktop and I hear paper moving, It makes me lose faith in humanity!!!!!!!
