Why has parent been moderated troll? Some people should never get mod points..
I just chose RedHat over Debian myself for a server. up2date and a _smooth_ installation _is_ worth it over the "technically" better but more cumbersome version. If I were to introduce someone to Linux I would also go with RedHat, Mandrake et al..
"nu" means "now" in Swedish - and most.nu domains I've seen are owned by Swedes..se opened up for free registration just recently - partly to "combat".nu.
I have no idea what the point of that reply was - but sure:) As long as you don't try to _justify_ the US being a fascist state just because there are others (it did sound like that).
In practice, they are identical: command economies, charismatic leaders, secret police, persecution of ethnic minorities, calls for self-sacrifice, etc etc
You do realise that you just described the current US government?
command economis = letting the printing press run, lowering the value of the dollar
charismatic leaders = Bush is on _everyone_'s lips
secret polic = cia, fbi, you name it
persecution of ethnic minorities = muslims in the USA are forced to register for interrogation
calls for self-sacrifice = americans die in Iraq at this very moment, in an unnecessary war (no ties to Al-Qaeda, no WMDs) where the US government lied to the world at large.
The CheapMod design was based on the original work done by Numbnut (Andy Green)
They give credit. I agree though that this story was totally pointless. Cheapmods don't work in v1.3 Xboxes - it would've been more newsworthy if someone had released their own LPC-periphial program and design which didn't need LFRAME.
Yes I know - I've ordered one extra ip, and as soon as I get it I will contact RIPE.
Regarding "access to the key" - no one has. These kind of system hold the key in a tamper proof black box used for signing. No one has ever seen it, no one will be able to extract it - and it's WAY to big to find using brute force. People could do better things with their cpu-cycles.
1) You only get one, you pay 30 SEK for each additional IP
2) Anyone who thinks it's possible to find the Xbox private key through brute force needs to learn some math. The universe will be long gone once you find it.
I really like this becoming a law - although I kindof suspect this is something we more or less already have regarding to newspapers in Sweden. Extending it to other means of publications sounds just about right.
BBB will give you 10/9 SDSL at 1200m - you might want to look into if that could be extended to 1300 or if it's possible the actual distance might be a bit less than 1.3km..:)
The study considers 7 hours a day to be a lot - and concentrates on keyboard use. My work day is longer than 7 hours - and then I do spend time at home also in front of a computer. Also, a keyboard is _nothing_ compared to a mouse when it comes to causing CTS.
The first website I tried from my portable through my new 801.11g equipment (D-Link 624) was slashdot - and the top story as about the ratification of 802.11g.. now.. how long until D-Link provides updated software? (The one I have is way newer than the latest on their web - but no WPA still..)
I started using computers with a mouse when I was 12, and I've had extreme problems. I'm now using a mouse with my left hand (I'm right-handed) at home, a trackball (centered in front of the keyboard) at work. I also use a natural keyboard at work and a normal at home. If I sit extended periods of time I get a tingling/freezing feeling in my index fingers (yeah, I'm not touch typing fully) and I regulary have neck pains and pains in my upper arms.
I seriously question this study - I've seen numerous fellow employees at various companies who have dealt with their RSI problems in different ways. (Here's one tip for managers: raise the temperature! Sitting in a cold draft only worsens things).
How do US citizens feel about having been lied to about why they had to go to war with Iraq? About their government fabricating "evidence" placed in front of the UN?

No video-in there.
Coming soon? That link works. "personal portfolio" .. hmm :)

Please - look up what I wrote. You might be surprised.
(You did look up what I told you about the toxic effects of Depleted Uranium right? What's the official answer from your superiors?)

Just a thought.
Writing a "blog" is the same thing as writing a column in a newspaper. I don't document what my cat did yesterday - I write about events in the world.
Maybe you don't like columns either?

You do - and we laugh. The US economy needs those other countries, badly, and we're so fed up with you that we aren't going to support you anylonger.
Lie to the world and the world strikes back.

Zero Point energy is not a joke, however, whether it's harvestable is debated.
NAP - Not A Problem. See sig. It's that easy.

I've just signed up for 26Mbit VDSL.
;)
Sweden.
You're welcome
Agreed - I'm surprised by CowboyNeil's comment. _Everyone_ I know use ICQ - no one above the age of 15 uses MSN .. and AOL? Uh, no. Not at all. Noone.

... and if you had bothered to read the other replies before posting you would've had looked so stupid. I'm quite fit.

Yeah, I'm fit, and I do/have done both sports, athletics and weight lifting. I don't touch McDonalds nor Coca Cola ..

There are no weapons of mass destruction
There are no connections between Iraq and Al-Qaeda
Iraq never tried to buy uranium from Nigeria
(mod me down, but you can't avoid the facts)
