I like how no one has really touched on convenience. I for one don't down load DRM Music because it's not convenient for me. AllofMP3, now that was convenient, I got the music that I wanted and that was it. Now to get music on to something that I would actually use I would have to go browse the music store for a CD that they may or may not have, buy it (overpriced for something that I'm going to use once,) rip it and then I can play the music on my device. There I just wasted a good 2-4 hours, oh there's no music store other then a Wal-Mart that's 30+ miles away, and I boycott Wal-Mart so... Needless to say I haven't bought music in a very long time now due to it being very inconvenient. Download it you say? Well that would shave time off the drive factor, but I would still have to strip the DRM, once again very inconvenient. I wish these moneybag a-holes would get a clue and stop living in 1992.
Great, another taco phone. Had a friend who had one of the originals, laughed every time he took a call because it looked like he was talking to a taco.
Before they opened up to AMD, 6+ months ago?, Dell would only sell Intel based systems and Intel only. I think the only reason that they opened up to AMD was the demand (Intel fell behind the tech curve) and that the whole Intel deal was found out.
Due to their Tech support Script monkeys (I told you I don't have Windows installed five times now...) the over all quality drop (You need a new HD for that Computer you just bought 4 months ago...) and their lackluster cookie cutter builds, (Yay I have to reinstall Windows just to uninstall all this crap that's pre-loaded, wait I don't have a Windows disk...) I have really stopped recommending them to people looking for a new computer. I wish I knew who I could recommend now without the guilty feeling.
The point is not about Jap pop but about the ability to buy previously limited music. If I wanted to hear a British, for example, band I couldn't simply get out of my chair state side and walk over to Great Britain and start browsing like I can now. Walking, of course, is now the "Internet."
Ok, so back when I used it all they did was pop up a window with a temporary Master Card #/Exp date. Nothing like the install stuff on your computer like it appears to be now. Reading the FAQ's is scary. We all know how awesome IE is security wise, then on top of that add the credit card info from Pay-Pal... Can this flop fast enough to actually be good?
This is not new, they have done it for a long time. Granted this is four+ years ago, they might have pulled it then just now reinstated it. Who knows, I don't like Pay-Pal enough to care.
At one point too they said you would have to buy the browser, but for now they were giving it away. Probably having to do with it not being 100% done yet is my guess. So really you aren't paying for the extras UNLESS you want them, the way it should be.
I think its just the package to allow you access to the web, with it you will still have to pay/use minutes while online. If I'm wrong someone correct me.
If you have hacked your Moto E815 to unlock it, thanks Verizon, you can also hack it to use a different proxy too. I've done it myself but cant use it due to not having the web package. I seam to have lost my book mark for the site I was using. =(
Yes, e-bay can suck my nuts. I went to the only store in my area that would be selling Wiis only to be #21 out of 20 in line. I saw the list and the first 4 people on it were from the same god damn family... Even the guy in front of me had his computer retarded grandma on the phone checking his auctions for him before he had his 2 (TWO!) consoles in hand, no thanks to his girlfriend who bought my Wii. Small towns just get raped, its true. His e-bay password though is rockfordfosgate, if only I had my laptop at the time...

It's not that Intel was giving Dell a good deal, it was Intel buying Dell out to block the use of AMD chips.

Yea and if you hook two together they will explode! /four years later...

Sweet! All I have to do is forge a letter from the FBI and I can get my credit report for free, if only that was legal...

Or you can play 4 player games all by your self.
I would think that it would be easy after the Intel-Mac thing.
