If you already live there, maybe. I doubt it, but maybe. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on "usually" in that context. But, say you don't live there yet and mention this in your application, I guarantee they'll just quietly pass it over rather than open themselves up to a law suit.
Not just HOAs by the way. Apartment buildings too.
You're right but unfortunately abuse of this particular law is rampant and practically unchecked. You can't even get approval for a DirecTV dish in most these places.
It's the long term effects of low-grade environmental lead poisoning in effect. Despite mostly banning it in fuel it is still present in potentially harmful quantities (the updated information from the surgeon general's office now says there is NO SAFE AMOUNT of lead for children) throughout the environment even in places where they aren't still using lead pipes. Yes, hard to believe, but in many places in the continental U.S. they're still using lead pipes, legally.
Pretty much this. And people complain that it's all inherently a problem with globalization but I call foul. The real problem is that they didn't stop hiring junior developers. They only thought they did. They thought they started saving costs by hiring "expert" workers for $5/hour from India instead of having to train locals, but all they really did was get tricked into hiring foreign juniors who were more willing to lie about their experience level as well as their devlieries.
Interestingly enough, literally every single other cable provider that also provides internet service is guilty at least of point #1, and in most cases probably #2 as well.
(Lots of parents are horrified at the thought of armed guards guarding schools but as someone who was frequently bullied by peers and teachers alike, I would have been hugely relieved to have gun-toting government employees shadowing my every move.)
Well, some of this is hyperbolic, but the general concept I think is surprisingly sound if we can figure out how to apply it relatively universally. For example, in large cities it's almost unheard of for paid parking structures to be able to be held liable for thefts or vandalism that happens to your property while they are being paid to watch it for you. This is also wrong, but fairly ubiquitous. So how do we fix society's perception of how to share the liability as it is deserved?
Well, you're not wrong, but you're stupid and your argument is even stupider. If you were smart, you'd have brought up some solutions. Or even a diagnosis of the problem. Here, let me try for you:
Melania Trump is right about something you've completely lost perspective on. The biggest problem facing our nation right now, if you boil it down to the root cause, is actually bullying. That's right, I said it; Guns didn't cause this tragedy - bullying did. Maybe she's smarter than she looks. She's clearly smarter than you and this poor tard that just shot up his school. Maybe she's smarter than all of us... now that's a truly horrifying thought.
This time he will strike us all down for our impunity.

Think of it like a windows file share only more easy to access and (at least in this configuration) less secure.
... we couldn't possibly stop now. Imagine the consequences!
Yea too bad they couldn't just fucking use Linux.
Guess who else didn't grasp what it means. The person they hired to set it up! Whew good thing you saved money on that hire, hey guys?
Not me, that's who.
You must have had nice teachers.
Lead pipes for drinking water.

Anyone who has played Bioshock already knows how this all ends.
You must be new here.
That's why you get AppleCare though.
Then it's a $1400 phone that you have to physically destroy within 4 years or you wasted $400.
This is a case of the president doing the right thing for corrupt reasons, which I suppose we should take as a win.
This is true, but the fact you and I can agree on something like this is a really bad omen.
Note: "devlieries" was a typo, not an attempt to cleverly coin a term.

... fail to replicate scientists.

(Because it's full of liberals.)
The sad thing is, that just might bust the company.
Jeez, it's a real shame nobody ever thought of creating another operating system to save these people from Microsoft's reign of terror.
I told you so.
