"Zombie Ryushu"... he's just high. Relax. I think its more likely that he's simply mistaken one term he does understand for another which he's not heard in the proper context. Maybe he meant something like "False Positives Flagging abuse?" There is certainly a buzz-term for this that is easy enough to confuse linguistically and conceptually with "False Flag operations."
You say that now, but after a couple evenings having to smell burning whale-oil while eating dinner I think you'll be ready to pony up a bit extra for modern lighting.
No, its really, really simple actually, even depressingly so. When you're smarter than everyone else, they all team up to try to destroy you. This is very stressful and the effect of the stress is quite distracting in a way that is nearly constant, even when not being actively bullied at that moment. Imagine how much smarter our most brilliant minds would be if they weren't tormented by mainstream society and their "peers" practically from the cradle to the grave.
The sickness is endemic, and not just in government either; pretty much all big business suffers from this once it reaches critical mass. Basically, when you have a hierarchy of people who are so separated by degrees of management tier that the bulk of them no longer care about the actual stated goal or task of the organization and don't interact socially or even actually know anyone high enough up in the organization who does, and then you let them self-schedule their time in business meetings, every business meeting will become an elaborate excuse to not do any work. The meetings themselves look like work from a distance though, so this type of dysfunctional situation can persist for decades without anyone who cares actually noticing.
Yes, its not the same situation, its only similar, as I stated, however the important point that you're missing is that its *against their TOS* and they can revoke use of their copyright for any reason they like honestly, but most likely will for issues of violating their policies or harming their image.
You are misinformed. It is completely enforceable under copywrite law. Firefox may be effectively a "$0 priced browser" but the logo and trademark are not licenced under any open source or creative commons licence. Your rights to have it or redistribute Firefox using it are, in fact, completely up to the discretion of the Mozilla Foundation. No matter now many of your down-modding astro-turfing sockpuppet accounts mod me down for saying it, that won't change the fact its true. You can lie all you want, you can deny it all you want, but something very similar has happened in the past.
Incidentally, aside from being inaccurate (read the Mozilla TOS) its also not even remotely excusable to misuse the moderating features to mark me troll or flamebait for pointing out you're wrong, no matter how much Dell may be paying you to do so.
Ah yes, of course, the those digerati elitists giving out sage advice too rudely. It must be their fault your phone got hacked, your email account got hacked, your home network got hacked, your laptop computer got rooted, (despite not even being sure what "rooted" means in this context) your credit card numbers got stolen, and all your home made porn ended up on 4chan and then your girlfriend found out and dumped you. Its obviously all their fault for not being more polite to you when they told you how much of a fucking idiot you are for leaving your wireless access point unsecured with your whole windows C drive as an open share. After all, you're so god damned pretty you must deserve to be treated like a god regardless of how incompetent and inept and belligerently ignorant you are, right? Right?? God damn their lack of social graces!

There needs to be a law against this. Sony should have to pay restitution to Blender.

Depression is weird

I gotta say, as a joke news posting, this one is in pretty poor taste. The NSA would never admit to this.
Maybe because the NSA disagrees with the FISA court about what 'reasonably' means?
Maybe next they'll crack down on phishing emails and set an example for the rest of the world.
Netflix is 100% satisfying. WTF back country bullshit throttled cable internet service are you using?
I'd really like to disagree with you, but he did build it in Java...
That said, I'd probably have done the exact same thing and publicly cut all ties to the Oculus Rift the moment that FB bought it.
Personally, I blame Java.
Sorry about the mess...
Which one should I get instead? Preferrably one that has already passed customs...
Yea, lets see you brute-force a 2048 character password.
Malware infected 25,000 unpatched Wordpress installs.
Shoulda hired me instead, suckers!
Even evil sociopaths have to answer to their wives.

You just wait and see. I predict Dell will do the smart thing and settle out of court.

Not actually a troll, but nice try, astro-turfing jackasses.
Note that they are not charging $16 but actually almost $30. ($27.18)
Here's to hoping that the Mozilla Foundation forces them to remove the "Firefox" logo and brand from it like they did to Debian.

God, lets hope so. Only then can my long term goal of transitioning the US economy to Disney Dollars come to fruition.
