The same thing almost happened to me, But before i sent the laptop back in for services, i reformatted back to factory settings. But in anycase,
With the rise of linux users, plus the rise of Vista crashs and other issues. PC makers need to step back and rethink this. Linux is not going anywhere, and they need to realize that.
But here is a more interesting idea, that i doubt anyone has tested. Since Mac has switched to intel and we can now dual boot with windows. What would be PC makers say if we went and installed the Mac OS on our computers...
I do not own a iphone, and My plan is a family plan with 5 phones, Our normal page length is about 180-200. 3 out of the 5 phones are normally just 2-3 pages. With the other 2 phones taking up the rest. You can check the same details online, Cingular should have a option to just send out one page saying how much you owe. And give you a credit for opting out of a paper bill
I was having problems with my laptop, so i called up HP tech support. I started to explain the problem, they instantly started to blame it on a software problem. I told him it is was a hardware problem, because the problem happened in both windows and linux. He instantly told me, that because I had linux installed that it would void my warrenty. Lucky I was able to do some quick talking and say that he misunderstood me it was happening in windows and safe mode (some how he believed that).
It is totatly ridculus that because you install something other then windows you instantly void your warrenty. Yes i can understand them not wanting to support linux and the tech support to go along with it. But to void a warrenty, is a little harsh.
Perhaps the falling CS enrollment is due to the fact that no one wants to do that much math. who needs to take 4-8 math classes for web design and simple programming.
Its about time that CompUSA closes their doors, or at least most of them. After the hell that i went threw to get my laptop replaced, because they couldn't fix the issue. I refuse to go in one of them. Why should it take 3-6 weeks to fix a simple touchpad issue. When If i send it into HP it takes 3 days. Screw them. I can't wait to see the rest of the stores close. There customer service reps are rude, and eve hung up on me a few times. All i have to say is, Good.
If someone doesn't have a clue how to download and burn something, How are they going to setup a linux and configure a linux system?
Will this put an end to bad elevator music??

it would be fun to have unlimited internet/txt messages on the go, and not be limited to 2000 txt a month.
