Only a cultist wouldn't understand that even from a UI perspective, the Mac is inferior in so many respects. They confuse good design with "the way Apple does it"
Apple literally wrote the book on UI and to claim otherwise is simply ignorant. The Apple Human Interface Guidelines have been the de facto standard for years.
  2. Delete Key on OS X Vs. Vista — In Spandex · · Score: 5, Informative

Why can't you delete a file in OS X with the delete key? Because you need to use a modifier key (in this case, the command key) so as not to inadvertently delete items. Anytime you make a critical key stroke (such as deleting), a modifier key should be used to avoid unintended consequences. What happens if the user isn't paying attention and they hit the delete key to remove a string of text, but actually where clicked on an important document? With the command key, the USER is telling the system that he or she REALLY wants to do something. It is simply sound interface design...something PC people never seem to understand, as they continually pound the "del" key on a Mac, then bitch that their Windows-centric mentality doesn't work on a Mac. This goes for nearly EVERY niggling complaint I've ever heard from a PC user about Macs...."Why doesn't this thing do it like Windows???"...um, because it is decidedly NOT Windows.

You forgot to bitch about a couple of other things with windows. How come I can't rename a file that is open already? Why should I have to close an open document before I'm allowed to rename it? Secondly, when I do rename a file, or when I recently save a file, why does it go to the bottom of the list, instead of updating to its proper position alphabetically? Is it reasonable for me to have to "refresh" the list with a random keystroke (f5)? I don't think so.

Lastly, Macs are expensive. If I were going to introduce a new client into my enterprise, how do I pitch $3000 workstations against something like $300 thin clients or $800 PCs that already work in our environment?
An old argument that is irrelevant in the Intel Mac era... You can pitch a $3000 workstation (MacPro) by showing that an equivalent Dell workstation actually costs more money. For $800 PCs, you can pitch Mac Mini's or the entry level iMacs. $300 Macs don't exist, but then again, I don't think I'd want to use a $300 PC either.

I really wish people would drop the misconception that Macs are insanely expensive.

I disagree, because for me, it already has. I don't need all the Firefox plug-ins you listed, nor do most average users even know what those things do. I started using Camino because Firefox crashes at least twice per session, and I'm not smart enough to know why. Camino doesn't crash, ever (or at least not yet, in about 2 or 3 months of use). Therefore, I'll deal with the lack of plug-in support that I don't need and use the faster, more stable, more Mac-like browser. Firefox feels like a port of a PC product and Camino is OS X through-and-through.
