My guess is, in the GP case he was using one that was not properly sized, in your case, you were probably just dealing with a defective condom or perhaps there was some petrolium based lube (or other substance) that came into contact with it.
But if your condoms are snapping, that means they are getting stretched pretty severely, which often means you are using lifestyles:-)
to be fair, many women insist on condom use even if they are on birth control (so no need for the pill). There should really be an STD test by now, but generally you have to wait 8 weeks after exposure for any test to be meaningful.
How about you check their phone to see when their last call was and how long it lasted. Just like you might ask them to submit to a breathalyzer test if you suspect they are drinking.
And what the hell is with the "letter to your parents" BS. When I was in school you got your ass kicked out for cheating and your parents were only a part of it if they were going to back a truck full of money up to a loading dock to keep you in school.
It is, by far, the busiest travel day of the year in the US, so that might be worth something, but I agree that an ongoing boycot is the only real way.
Then again, the airlines would probably just blame the 20% on the economy and ask for a bailout.
I agree with you completely on everthing you say, but it does make me wonder why there isnt a decent Android tablet yet. Certainly Android has a decent UI for tablets (maybe not perfect but close enough) and a host of applications.
I have to figure that getting the hardware working just right, with serious battery life, light weight good power management without being too expensive is actually more of a challenge than you would think. From what I understand Apple was developing the iPad before they even started developing the iPhone so one has to assume that they got a pretty good jump on these things.
But what harm is there in that really. So manufacturers can better target their advertising to places where they think they can gain market share. That's really not a problem where I sit.
Admittedly though, automatically exchanging clothes for something of the correct size is pretty cool. It avoids the bummer of getting something you like but cant wear right away and if you could tell that the recipient had this option enabled you wouldn't have to go through the step of either guessing their size (incorrectly) or having to ask them.
If nothing else, that is a quality idea and I think just about anyone could get behind the implementation. If only they could find a way to standardize the sizes enough that they were meaningful from designer to designer (or measured everything like mens formal wear).
That's all well and good as long as you notice it deleted your backups before your hard drive crashes. And it assumes that you don't realize the next day that you need to revert some file to a previous version, or you deleted some file by mistake 4 weeks ago that you really needed.
Backups are there to protect against the unexpected, so while these might be low probability events, they are exactly what your backups are there for.
See, I woudl find it a pain in the ass if my os made me click through a dialog every time I clicked on a mailto link. I just want the browser to get the hell out of my way and let me send some mail.
That depends on how efficent the HTML5 rendering is compared to Flash. Its not likely to be worse at least and I suspect it could be considerably better.
The Republicans had the option to filibusterer after Kennedy died and that makes a huge difference.
Take a look at the number of positions that are still unstaffed because their approval has been stalled out by congress, do you think its the Democrats doing that?
and who actually leaves work at 5 these days. 8-6 is more like it.
hyperbole is the new understatement!
It certainly is, you were the first of 3 or so to miss the reference. The others were actually far more embarrassing.
Its certainly understandable to miss the refrence, but man the unintentional hilarity of the line about Hollywood movies was just too good to pass up.
"You either watched far too many hollywood action movies, believed the drivel you were fed at boot camp, or both."
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Oh, wait, you were serious?
*WOOOOSHHH*

I can understand you taking my wallet so I don't have any money to spend in the cell, but why did you take my belt?
Kid... we don't want any hangin's.
They only liked him when he was telling them what they wanted to hear about how evil china is.
You need to buy better condoms.
And like most buzz words, it will be nowhere shortly after that.
How about you check their phone to see when their last call was and how long it lasted. Just like you might ask them to submit to a breathalyzer test if you suspect they are drinking.
Makes me wonder if this is being heavily supported by the makers of car GPS devices.
Yea and it only screws over 1 in 10 people.

By what measure?
Sounds wrong to me and I cant find a measure by which they would be the largest, but maybe there is one.
I was thinking about something more like :
"Home again, home again, jiggity jig. Good evening J. F."
See, I woudl find it a pain in the ass if my os made me click through a dialog every time I clicked on a mailto link. I just want the browser to get the hell out of my way and let me send some mail.
Always allow is not really an acceptable option. you are counting on the user to know what the third party application is going to do in every case.
That depends on how efficent the HTML5 rendering is compared to Flash. Its not likely to be worse at least and I suspect it could be considerably better.
Because its not an option in firefox or safari by default. Its handled by plugins.
I really don't see what Android has to do with any of this.
