I guess the optimum, then, is to give employees free soda and plenty of vacation time, but have the guy at the front desk smack them in the face and call them a bitch when they first walk in the door in the morning.
We do this at my company, and it really doesn't work. People start to feel conflicted inside. Then they need therapy.
I agree with you that something is broken. Any suggestions? Then, again, if you have a suggestion, you'd best keep it to yourself and make a new search engine or some such thing.
Folks, if you want to feel good and be regular, eat a well-balanced diet! Remove the refined foods and add the whole foods. Eat multi-grain pasta and multi-grain bread. Drink lots of water. If you aren't regular after a plate of multi-grain pasta and 2 slices of multi-grain bread and a half-gallon of fresh water (not cool-aid, for example), go see a doctor!
I can attest to the large quantity of stock spam that reaches my inbox. In fact, I sometimes get 3 messages a day at my corporate email. At first, I thought it was a result of signing up for a program at Fool.com, but I now see that 1/3 of all spam is stock related. Good grief! Where does it all come from?
It seems very practical to me. If you can do it once, it's a matter of software, so you can copy the code and do it everywhere. Bandwidth is the only issue for some places. But in the major cities, this isn't a problem. In the minor cities and rural areas, the service will be inferior, but then again all serious in such areas is inferior. Giving priority to 911 calls would make sense, of course!
It seems that the concept of a web application suite will become increasingly important, especially for up and coming browsers. I mean, for many people, Firefox came out of nowhere and offered a great alternative to IE. If another browser decided to make a marketshare grab, a hansome web application suite -- or at least the promise of such a suite -- could be a boon. Wouldn't you agree?
I love Web 2.0. I'm all about Web 2.0. Web 2.0 feels like Easter! I can't wait for Web 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and especially Web 3.0. Web 3.0 much better. Web 3.0 will be like Christmas!
I've got certification in COBOL. I remember clearly learning the language with punchcards. I liked it that way. COBOL should stay the way it is. We should return to the good old days of punchcards.

What are the odds of Microsoft getting majority market share in the next 5 years? Give odds and justification.

How is this practical? Please enlighten me!

Bill Gates owns a majority stake of Apple shares. If that's not a partnership, I don't know what is!

How will "recommendations" change anything? Don't we need laws that protect the integrity of the voting process? Just asking...
Who are the competitors of the SeaMonkey Internet Application Suite?
Who are the major players in the web application suite area?
By featuring products in the movies (an actor drinking a coke), the studios greatly profit from advertising revenue!

Why go to another brand when you can pay a $300 markup for an exploding Sony laptop? That's what I say!

I didn't release these light bulbs were so good. When the lease runs out on my apartment, I'm taking these bulbs with me.
Is "outspending all but the wealthiest foundations" a good thing? I mean, how badly do the overseers need an open tab on the company credit card?
