you can copyright the representation of a physical shape I would say. Would you say this because you're either in the industry or a copyright lawyer, and know for sure, or would you say it because you think that's probably how it ought to work, given that copyright law is so straightforward?
I agree, I just think that practicality needs to consider other things including comfort with the gun. Now, I can't speak for this particular shooter, but I know my grandfather started shooting.22 almost exclusively after his shoulder started going, when he used to shoot.30-06..22 is a lot easier on the wrist than.45 is.
Humans who either have no expectation that running away will prevent further bullets or have some manner of ideological consideration that makes killing you more important than staying alive themselves will stick around. I suppose that an altered perception of the danger to themselves would also have that effect. A cattle rustler is in it for the money, and no amount of money is worth not being around to spend it.
There's also a much lower bar to getting a verdict against the defendant. There's no "innocent until proven guilty" there, there's no "beyond a reasonable doubt". So, use a criminal suit to figure out who you're supposed to be suing, drop it for lack of evidence or whatever, then bring out the civil suit.
I understand your objection to my point, and you are completely correct. I could make some statements here about how -only- you can ever experience your memories, though with our increasing understanding of how the brain works, that may not always be accurate. I guess the only difference is that those pictures could be evidence of a crime, and you pretty much have to trust the owner to tell you if they are or not.
Let's take this right to the extreme. Suppose it's fine for a couple of 7 year olds to play doctor. 10 years pass. Neither of them should now being playing doctor with 7 year olds. Just because they aged, just like all people do. One would hope that their tastes would mature with them, but it is not unreasonable to make them delete pictures that they wouldn't be allowed to obtain. Porn doesn't need to be grandfathered past various age lines.
I said the Scout Oath, including the part about my duty to God. Of course, I didn't feel then that I had any duties to God, same as now. Not that it would have mattered, we have what increasingly appears to be a very open scout troop, we have both gays and atheists in our ranks, including a couple atheist Eagle Scouts.
If you'd thought of it when it was all starting, you could claim a fear of flying. All it takes is one traumatic fall from a tree or window as a child, and boom. Now that you've been flying, they'd probably see your fear of flying as the bullshit it is, though.
OK, but tactile feedback is a very important part of sword-fighting, much more so than recoil is for shooting. Maybe vibration will be good enough, but I'm still not convinced.
I think it'd actually be fitting for phishing sites to be using .con.
What benefits are those? Decreased audience? Extra costs?
I think you misspelled limps.
TNT is the only way you can think to blow up a building containing a lot of both water and elemental sodium?
In the summary. I know we're not supposed to read the articles, but it's OK to acknowledge that they exist.
Right, because OSS doesn't have any big players on its side.

Humans don't stick around when they're being shot, even if it's only a .22. I'm with you on the rest of the statement, though.
Y'know, I think I had an eagle try to do the same thing. I mean, that thud on the window was way too loud to be a sparrow again...
Absolutely true. If only wide-open weren't the default.
Hey, that's not a real site! Getting me all excited for nothing...
Never ran into ActiveX controls?

They'd rather stop Trojans.

In the U.S., we sold popcorn, not apples. My troop also did brat sales and pancake breakfasts, though those are run completely from within the troop.
They aren't overly clear about specifying what that duty is, either, which is how I justified saying those words.

Because the Wii-mote will not stop when it hits their blade. My brother fences, and he assures me that a Wii sword-fighting game would be terrible.
