It seems you are just as arrogant an American as the rest of us.
I was in Japan last year for about 2 months. Although I've never been to the Yasakuni shrine, I have visited the Hiroshima Peace Memorial with a Japanese friend. The memorial was suprisingly fair to America, and it must be pretty good to convince a republican Marine of this. I spoke at length with my friend about the bomb. She said, "the winners may write history, but the losers also have their story. They both are slanted."
My point is this: There are things like the Yasakuni shrine all over America. I'm not saying it's right, but they are out there. (read Lies Across America) It is the responsibility of US to teach our children not to take everything the government says as true, lest they become part of the ignorant masses.
There is a fate even worse than being uneducated. That would be ignorance with an intellectual superiority complex.

Really? Politics has always been in science. This is because without politics there is no money for science. Behind every good scientific project is a person kissing some serious @ss to get it funded.

I'm SURE this is perfectly legal. It is in international waters, that would mean it does not belong to the queen. International waters are defined as waters that are more than 12 nautical miles (more than a statute mile) from the coastline or the established baseline. These waters belong to no nation. This is why Iran does not just go out and seize ships transiting the Strait of Hormuz, especially when they are on the Oman side of the Strait. There are different laws governing the high seas, which even include traffic laws. The queen can do nothing to a vessel operating lawfully in waters to which her laws do not apply. YAR! GIVE UP THE BOOTY!

Why not just get a reasonable vehicle for adequate transportation and put your statement on a bumber sticker?

There are many rights guaranteed by the Constitution. We DO NOT, however, have the right not to be offended. Taking harsh action against someone who offends you without actually preventing you from exercising your protected rights is akin to violently hitting a guy who calls you a "stupid head." The reaction only proves he was right. --- I may not agree with what you say, but I'm willing to die to protect your right to say it.
