If it's just robots fighting robots so humans don't die, just do it in virtual cyberspace instead of building and destroying expensive hardware. Of course, either requires that everyone play by a common set of rules, and there are none in war.

1. more than 90 percent of GoFundMe campaigns never meet their goal.
2. For every crowdfunding success story, there are hundreds of failures.

for
1. the statement requires the percentage of campaigns that doesn't meet their goals to be > 90%
2. assume hundreds => 200, then percentage of compaign that doesn't meet their goal to be >= 99.5%

So both can be valid.. just you're logic sucks

IANAL in the USA, but my theory is this.

The contact was probably between Universal Studios and Bandersnatch Group and it included a non-disparagement agreement. From the article here (http://www.tor.com/blogs/2015/02/wheel-of-time-pilot-harriet-statement) it looks like she was speaking in her capacity as the CEO of Bandersnatch Group.

So this is theft? but downloading music isn't?

basically, produces popups whenver you click on a link

Fundamentally, most browsers allows popup if it is cuased by a click. (eg, you click on a link and a popup window occurs).. So what they have done is figured around that. They wrap all links around javascript calls, it changes your current page to the new destination and popups up a new window (that's an ad). Here's some code I did that popups up 5 windows in Firefox..
