"with some countries saying the benefits of autonomous weapons should be explored."
What are these "benefits", and who are these countries?
If it's just robots fighting robots so humans don't die, just do it in virtual cyberspace instead of building and destroying expensive hardware. Of course, either requires that everyone play by a common set of rules, and there are none in war.
Either you're being malicious in the comment or dense. The goal is my robots vs your troops.
This is going to lead to the Indian government banning WhatApps, etc and prompting a solution it can control. Such as Tencent's WeChat which is being promoted in India. This is super good for me, I own shares of Tencent.
In this case you're logic sucks. Lets take apart the statements an assume both are true
1. more than 90 percent of GoFundMe campaigns never meet their goal. 2. For every crowdfunding success story, there are hundreds of failures.
for 1. the statement requires the percentage of campaigns that doesn't meet their goals to be > 90% 2. assume hundreds => 200, then percentage of compaign that doesn't meet their goal to be >= 99.5%
Interesting... if the contract was signed to by Robert Jordan Inc. And then Robert Jordan, Inc. became Bandersnatch Group. Since she's the CEO of the Bandersnatch Group and she spoke in that capacity, she's kind out of luck.
The contact was probably between Universal Studios and Bandersnatch Group and it included a non-disparagement agreement. From the article here (http://www.tor.com/blogs/2015/02/wheel-of-time-pilot-harriet-statement) it looks like she was speaking in her capacity as the CEO of Bandersnatch Group.
Fundamentally, most browsers allows popup if it is cuased by a click. (eg, you click on a link and a popup window occurs)..
So what they have done is figured around that. They wrap all links around javascript calls, it changes your current page to the new destination and popups up a new window (that's an ad).
Here's some code I did that popups up 5 windows in Firefox..
Star Wars games are like Russian Roulette with 5 bullets; You may get a lucky and get a good game, say SW: Knights of the Old Republic or Rogue Squadron; but most of the time you will get the bullet, AKA Star Wars Battlefront or SW: Rebel Assault I and II
$100 the GFW will be able to block it for 99% of the people in 3 years.

Solution is that India will ban WhatApp, and adopt something similar to WeChat..

Where "old" people throw themselves in front of car for insurance payout!
Eg. https://www.youtube.com/watch?...
Actually you're wrong. There are "strict liability" crimes in the US in which intent (mens rea) is not required.

So both can be valid.. just you're logic sucks

Sorry, I made a mistake. What if the contract was between Red Eagle and Bandersnatch Group?
IANAL in the USA, but my theory is this.

I'm confused here, so according to Slashdot:
downloading music from say piratebay without approval of copy right holder is not theft
BUT
getting someone's browser history is theft?
the funny part is that its not a mistake, its the effect of the lameness filters that cause it to be splitoff like that
I tried two times to correct it before I noticed that even though what I had was right.. the filter de-righted it..
nothing for you, but is every single person going to do it for every single link?
right.. but most people have it setup on smart.. that's the default..
thank you, I was thinking WTF? I thought it was right the first and second time, and definately right the 3rd time..
the HREF line should readbasically, produces popups whenver you click on a link
why would UKers be downloading Battlestar Galactica? it airs for them 3 months before us..
that's why Anakin went over to the Dark Side..
he found out behind his bade, Padma was having a little bling-bling with Jar Jar..

but I have high hopes for KOTOR 2 coming out..

just to be clear, they are talking about DVD-Recorders; those are the things you hookup to your TV and record TV shows...
not the DVD-/+ R/RW drives your computer uses..
