Apache's implementation problems go beyond the protocol specs. The sample attack codes includes invalid ranges in the request (E.g start at 5, end at 0). So the protocol specs aren't the only thing to blame. Also, the fact that apache is the only server to be crippled by this issue is a strong data point against putting all blame on the protocol.

Actually the game went up to 8 players in the normal res mode and up to 10 (all human if you wanted) in the funky high-res maps.
But taking software/songs/movies without paying for them is harmful to the people that put it together. And don't think for a minute it's hurting the label/movie executives. It's hurting the few people they're going to lay off when their revenue dips.
But paying overly high prices for software/songs/movies doesn't especially help the little guys either.. just pads their bosses wallets.
While piracy might not be the answer, supporting the current, rape the artist/programmer/writter schemes isn't so much better.
We need to work on supporting a new option... where the people putting the real effort into the product are properly compensated.
This would have gone over much better if it didn't have that last line. Now, over half of Americans that reads Stallman's message will discount the entire message because of one politically motivated, inflammatory, and false phrase.
Of course, anyone who would discount an entire message because of one politically motived phrase is clearly a member of the stupid half of the Americans.
A while ago my step Father built a system using an old brief case as the case to his Dual PII machine. Some glue and a drill were the main tools needed.. He had to be real careful about the size of the Cards he put in the machine, some of them were just too big... he even sawed part of one of the cards down to get it to fit. But in the end its a pretty nice setup... real convienent for carring around (like to LAN parties (: )
I bought his book like 4 years ago and it was pretty much dated then (assembly was definitly already on its way out). Still a very interesting read. Optimizations from the master

Well if you actually looked up the definition to the word liberal, you'd find that fair is a pretty good synonym.

I'm still waiting for all this free mp3 trading to actually make Albulm sales go down.
