    Ah, sorry. I'm fairly sure that in all the English war comics I read in the 1970s, the about-to-be-shot German soldier always shouted 'Gott IN Himmel.' If he didn't shout that then it was usually one of the following:

    Teufel!
    Himmel!
    Donner und blitzen!
    Ach!

    But never 'scheisse!'

    I'm slightly surprised that the notion of contagious cancer is being presented as something new. I've known about cats and FeLV for decades and I'm not exactly a scientist, epidemiologist or medical researcher.
