Unfortunately, constitutionality is not your decision. A bill that is passed and signed into law is a law until the court says otherwise except for direct violations.
The difference is that sinking a ship in the ocean doesn't hurt anything but blowing up something in orbit only turns one orbiting object into many orbiting objects. Imagine the ocean being 30 feet deep. A sunken ship is a hazard to every other ship just like a destroyed satellite is a hazard to other satellites.
No because no one is forcing you to download it. It is just like the police using bait cars to catch car thieves. They lure you in but you are the one that ultimately makes the choice to proceed.
Why buy a computer with Windows when you want a computer without Windows? I buy lots of things and throw out part of it. I don't expect a refund on the skin of an onion that gets peeled and promptly thrown away.
Some people live in the boonies and can only get dial-up. Wireless ISPs are moving in to many places now, though. I have relatives that live in the middle of nowhere and have internet options now that are at least as fast as I do in the big city.
Additionally, it may be worth noting that Apple generally doesn't put release numbers on their products. My iPhone 4 just says iPhone on the back, and I'm pretty sure my 3GS only had iPhone on there too.
They are referring to the name. The backs of iPhones don't say "iPhone 3GS" or "iPhone 4." They simply say "iPhone" in addition to the other things. In fact, "iPhone 3GS" isn't found anywhere on the phone, even in the "About" page.
Watching shows on Fox can be a pain. If you skip to another section you have to watch a few ads. That makes it difficult to find where you were in a reasonable among of time.
If 20-30 year old cars were just as reliable, wouldn't there be more of them? There is absolutely no way they are as reliable. All you are doing is saying that new cars are no better than old cars because they still break down. My 2002 Taurus has 175K miles on it and only has a handful of problems that are easy to fix. My 1989 Camaro had 125K miles on it and felt like it was about to fall apart from all the problems. I got rid of it because I couldn't fix it enough for it to be acceptably reliable.
You are not, by definition, The People. You can argue constitutionality with the cops all day long and it will get you nowhere.
Security through obscurity is not security in any way, shape, or form.
That's what I'm saying. You can't ignore a law because you think it is unconstitutional.p

I remember an article on microsoft's servers and they didn't even use firewalls. It was fascinating.
The funny thing to me is you think Lieberman is a dictator even though he has no power on his own. He can't force anyone to do anything.

Let me get this straight. You believe that things should be significantly different because a number has changed from 20 to 21?
I noticed scrolling was sluggish while loading comments but after that it was smooth and normal.
Scrolling is quite smooth on my iPhone 3GS.
Are images with the stories supposed to overlap text and otherwise leave the apparent color boundaries?

I tend to want to go around the time they close, so being able to see which ones are still open is nice.
He brings up a good idea but poor execution. According to the recently released illumination map there are many places where this could be done.
I hear it too but from people who have no clue it is the 4th generation. It is a very common mistake.
I think you have it backwards. The 3G was a significant step up because it added 3G and GPS. The 3GS only improved existing features.
Additionally, it may be worth noting that Apple generally doesn't put release numbers on their products. My iPhone 4 just says iPhone on the back, and I'm pretty sure my 3GS only had iPhone on there too.
Really?
Mine has lots of info on the back.
Even the Engadget Pre Release "Found in a Bar" (planted) iPhone 4 had markings on the back with dummy numbers.

Yes, especially given the cost of failure: a rocket exploding and showering the earth with large amounts of radioactive material.
That just means I'll get my i7 for less than you got yours AND it will be faster. Go ahead and call us stupid.
Or do they use it because it plays nice with their iPod, lets them buy music, and isn't horrifyingly complex?
Why are these not good reasons to want to use something? Playing music in a non-horrifyingly complex way is pretty much exactly what most people want!
Maybe it is the least objectionable of their options?
How is that any different? DVD is only 720x480.
