Yes, exactly. 'Spent' fuel is still useful, but a different reactor design is needed to burn it. Eventually (assuming humans don't do extinct first) this spent fuel will be a gold mine for future power plants.
I also think that a conventional dump will eventually be a gold mine. A municipal landfill has a very high concentration of many elements, all that is needed is a seperation method.
Your link does not support your position. The link says that the Privacy Commissioner has no power in Canada. It says that SONY doesn't have to tell her about the brech, and she has no power to impose fines on SONY. She WANTS to bitch-slap SONY. But then so do I
You can get around the bring your own bag problem by placing the bags on the scale after an "each" item is rung through.
Some things like celery bunches, Lemons, Avacados are priced by the item, not the weight. The scale just needs to have an increase in weight to be happy, so put your lemon in you bag and place both on the bag scale. It shound't be necessary to do this though...
I use IE7... It's a work laptop. My computer at home runs much better (FF on dual core AMD X2 with 4 gigs), but still I would expect better performance on IE7. I'm sure that I am not the only one using it on this site.
Any popular story, such as the recent Bin Laden killing story, opens SSLLOOWWLLYY... It takes maybe 2-3 minutes to open, and during that time, the browser is unresponsive. (I have a single core HT laptop with 3 gigs of ram). Once the page loads, actually scrolling is a joke. The lag there is in the 5-10 second range. C'mon/.
I know that you jest, but "[forcing] the record companies to accept his tyrannical 99 cent pricing policy" sounds like something that someone in a monopoly position could do.
Also, while I'm no iTunes expert, I'm pretty sure that you can convert your Apple music to mp3s. My wife does it somehow.
Car makers? Coal power plants? Gun manufacturers?
You joke, but I'd rather live in a Microsoft world than an Apple world.
Not only is it cool and fun, it will turn your fat ass into a prom queen!
Excuse me, but as a Drobo owner, I take offense to you calling a Drobo a "boat anchor" when it's clearly a jet engine.

Not only that, they move OVER9000!!!! packets per second over their network. [In FAQ]
I have a HARD time believing that only 14 in 1000 windows XP machines are infected.
Sure you can. That is how your fuel is transported right now over long distances. They use a pig.
You are thinking of oil shale, not the oil sands. There is a difference.

For me, Warcraft III was worth 60 (even though it was actually less).
I had over 2500 games on a single account. That works out to 2.4 cents per game. A great deal!
I was able to open it in Firefox 3.6.16 just fine. I also was able to open it using IE8.
Not realistic enough... When asked for a BJ, the response should be "I'm tired", "I have a headache" or "Right now? I'm watching ."
Yeah, that could free up more time for that employee to goof off on the Internets.
I replaced my wife with a laptop too! The sex has never been better!
You have an industrial grade wireless keyboard? Cool.
Would you accept 3 easy payments of $33.33?

How is DC more secure? The only reason I can think of is because of the increased difficulty connecting a stolen computer to your home power supply.
There is a small deterrance factor, but I think that by the time most theifs would have figured this out, the computer would already be stolen.

You joke... but such a patch would be pretty awesome.
I know! One time there was a rock in my shoe that almost gave me a bruise!
