My mom is onth school board of a local christian school, who this is its first year, she asked me one day, about how i would setup a computer lab, my response was use Network Computers, and get a big kickass server, with tons of memory, and disk space to run them off of. My mom took the info, and well, that issue is still in the air, but i know from my high school (a public school), there not interrested in anything that is diffrent from the status quo, but the only reason is becaus ethe teachers arnt computer geniouses, i mean, a local university gave all the teachers accounts, and the university terminated them because their helpdesk was getting overloaded by people asking how to read there mail, or how to surf the web.

I mean, its nice to sit down with the network admin, and dream of this kind of stuff, but its rarely ever genna happen, with teachers being use to whatever they have at home. Anyway, with state contracts, my school would pay oh, lets see, 3 times the normal price for anything.

Atleast we dont have clear bookbags, or id tags, but were close. Sigh, i halfto goto school tommarow, maybe i will spend a class discussting unix security with the admin. i dunno, high school sucks if you have a high iq, or know more then 1 or more teacher(s).

Yet, like my peers, I have been, and continue to be tormented by jocks in school, it is not fun, it almost drives you nuts, they treaten you, and then they spread lies about you.

Personaly, Since everything that went down in CO, i havent gotten a ounce of $hit from anybody at my school, exept from freshman.

Another thing, Disiplin is another thing lacking from the schools, if the paddle was still in schools, you wouldnt have problems, but I have now noticed, that kids who have never gotten paddled in school, are so bad, and are so hard to deal with, because they dont know how to quit. They never shutup, and maybe, if there was disiplin, this never would have happened.

Yet, there are so many things to blame everything that happened on. We could blame it all on what the libral media, and yellow journalism want us to blame it on, or we can blame it on what was the true problem. Kids taking out there anger on other teens who tormented them for years, due to a lack of disiplin on the part of the tormentors, and bad parents, who did not keep a eye on there kids. you cant go blame this stuff on games like doom, quake, and duke nukem (my fav), or tv, or the internet. But you must blame it on the true causes, not what the media tell you to blame it on.

Within the next few weeks, i will be doing a demo of linux, samba, and squid for one of my mom's coworkers, the network admin where she works. There NT internet proxy has been hacked 3 times that i know of, so i hope to show them that there is an alternitive to winnt, and it's very very bad security.
