What I meant to say is : Original subscription : Limit 12Gb/Month - 10Mb/s - +1 euro/Gb/month (Max. 30Gb) New subscription would be Limit 35Gb/Month - 20Mb/s - +1euro/Gb/month So if I would use maximum download limit (30Gb) with original subscription I would pay 10 Euro more a month then I would if I went with the new subscription.

My ISP just never calls, they bill me 1/1Gb/month I use additionally. Although the price per Gb goes up when you go over 30Gb or they offer to get a higher level subscription which costs less then the previous subscription and is 1,5x faster.

It is more a question of, who is actually snooping. The government will avoid snooping themselves, but they can give certain orders that requires police/secret service, to investigate everybody with a certain boundery. Nothing much you can do about. Positive would be that for information that needs to come from people that garantee the privacy of your personal information, the order should come from a judge together with a strong wording of what is expected of this investigation and what the anticipated result should be.

Well, I would go for the manufacturers of these wireless devices. They should put in a standard WEP key, have an installation CD that automatically sets the default WEP key or requests the user to create a new one and have it installed as a profile on their wifi AP and on their pc/laptop and ask the user to set the AP open for anyone to access or not.
