Those waivers included SSNs. It's more of a credit/identity theft issue than a medical record issue -- unless of course identity thieves were using that information for health insurance applications, which is, I guess, a real possibility.

Actually, history books, almanacs, encyclopedias, these all tell terrorists what we care about. Those should be outlawed too. Plus the internet, which allows them to communicate, and possibly phones, the mail system, UPS, FedEx and other courier services.

The real trick here is to make a profitable ad delivery system on portable devices in order to make subsidized delivery of the devices a real possibility.
