Why is morality a universal set of binding principles? You make it sound as if everyone gets a morality injection when they are born, and the few who don't become the misfits. Ultimately, morality is an intense personal trajectory through the wilderness and finally to some vague understanding , as to why or why not you have acted in a certain way.

Exactly, that is the problem, there is this assumption that if you are not from the Elite of society , which is tied in with economic power, than you do not satisfy the criteria for being trained in these skills. What I find baffling, is that when you decide to progress in your job, ultimately you have to bring into play some of this lateral thinking. Often , people will use very woolly thinking to analyse a situation , where some clear thinking could precipitate a positive response. I think one of the bigger problems with this software games approach is that it could stray into visual education which could then morph into just showing you things as opposed to telling you things work

We could take this idea one step further and look at customisation on the fly. This , to some extent is possible with information based products. i.e software that can reconfigure information according to the requirements of the user. This is slightly more difficult with hardware. Although , you've outlined a good example ,Dell, who have componentized the supply chain process - to the extent where they have little , if any inventory.
