hrmm.. *scratches chin* It could very well be 400+ for all we know, since the show has always given the impression there is more adventure than is ever shown on the screen...
What I want to know is what did Arthur Darvill do to Moffat that was so bad. It's like Moffat takes it out on poor Rory who gets killed literally every week.
I switched away from Gizmo5 when I noticed there was high latency on the line and a delay in ringing the IP phone.
You could try to use sipgate.com. They are a PSTN to SIP broker and provide a telephone number for free. You could forward your Google Voice to this number and calls route normally inbound.
Isn't that one of the major things that game publishers say as a reason why they don't program for Linux? The average Linux user is paying over twice what the Windows users pay. (Myself, I paid $15, meaning that I have now bought World of Goo three times, but I care more about giving to the charities.)
Sorta shoots that argument in the foot doesn't it?
Why then, would she be holding the microphone of the device to her ear? This one comes with a connected piece that fits into the ear to be able to hear. I am not completely sure what I saw, but I am sure that it is some other explanation.
It has everything to do with net neutrality. Do you plug several miles of cat5 cable into your mobile phone?
My feeling still stands that Verizon was pushing for a tiered wireless internet to protect their asses when they cut unlimited data plans on the mobile front.
I am beginning to wonder if this was the real reason for Google and Verizon saying that while net neutrality is fine and good for the wired internet, the wireless internet shouldn't be. You start to wonder after reading this.
Actually, my experience has been different. Hulu and Amazon are two sites who offer.deb files of their software. As more companies become aware of Linux they will start offering native clients. (This will of course require them to check the OS out for themselves and not relying solely on FUD.) The amount of companies that now offer Linux versions is mindboggling compared to 1 or 2 years ago.
It is draconian measures like that that made me decide to move to Linux and ditch Windows. The fact that people cannot still easily make a personal backup of a CD / game / software they buy in case the original gets damaged is just a ploy to get people to re-buy the same thing again. Not only is it a waste of money, it is poor customer service.
This goes back to the same issue at the heart of Sony's removal of the "Other OS" from the PS3 -- if you pay for software or hardware, who is the actual owner of the physical media or hardware? Most of the rulings I am seeing recently seem to make me think it is with the companies and we are just "renting" the equipment. It also makes me wonder if we don't actually own it, why do we still pay the full price for hardware / software?
Yeah, I was thinking that same way. Granted there are businesses who will try to take advantage of people, not all of them are like that. I'm sorry, but I just can't be as fatalistic as the author.:D
You seem shocked about that! It's about the only thing they can do right! Hell, even their HD picture is so pixelated, you can usually find higher quality video online.
or are there people out there still going to google and searching for "child porn" in light of all the high profile news stories about just such things? I would think people would have other routes and this is just an excuse to restrict our rights...
Even though I grew up and went to school in the US, I am wondering if we had the same teacher. It could also be that when we went to school, the teachers actually cared whether or not the students learned anything instead of having them fail upwards.
I don't have a problem with using cuz, but in proper context! If you are using it to save characters in SMS, then you can be forgiven, but to use something like that in a university level term paper? Unacceptable! I say that, as it is, students should spend more time studying and less time partying, especially when my tax dollars go towards their scholarships. There was a comic here who said we should go knock on their doors and ask why they did poorly in their subjects!

Just my thought for the day..
What I want to know is what did Arthur Darvill do to Moffat that was so bad. It's like Moffat takes it out on poor Rory who gets killed literally every week.
:p
STOP KILLING RORY!!!

I'm surprised someone hasn't started calling it "GNU/Debian GNU/6.0 GNU/Linux GNU GNU GNU"
GNU contributed code to Linux, but the fact of the matter is, the code has moved on from their original codebase.
/let the flame war begin! :D
Let's just call it Linux and move on...

Have you seen the price of CDs lately? :p

OH BOY!

Lowering prices would cut into the profit margin.

If the runners-up are not selected, it isn't a complete loss as they had a valuable programming experience.

First they came for my Linux...
I called Sony to voice my concerns today and informed them that I would not continue to support their PSN, even if this is a hoax.

Is our children learning?
Well, now she can't hide out in the bathroom for extended periods because they will brand her a terrorist.
Typical! :D
Anyone happen to catch the election returns? I haven't been able to find anything on the internet how it ended... :p
