    I wish that people weren't so ignorant. An amendment to a document is considered PART OF THE DOCUMENT!!! Someone hanging out in even a semi-tech forum like this should know that.
    Anyway, this brings up something that has been annoying me for the last few weeks. People from other countries have been looking at our FUBAR election and bitching about how "Uh, yore system doesn't work... huh huh... Divided country...you guys suck...etc etc."


    The reality is, our system DOES work. Of course it isn't perfect. Show me something that would work better with our size, populace, and power that is currently working somewhere else in the world. I find it funny that Brits feel the need to mock our system when the U.S. is the nation that has become the most powerful nation with the highest standard of living (for its size) in the world and good ol' England has been reduced to not much more than a smelly relic. Sure, you guys WERE powerful, you DID rule the world, but here we are, consti-frickin-tution and all, and I suppose you could say we have made do.

    I got my Virgin Records Webplayer about 8 months ago for free. Now, they go under and I don't have to return it. I never paid a cent for it or for the service. Now that's what I call a good deal.
