$449 is a low price?? Maybe for a marketing troll, but people who know how to read wont pay that much for a card that barely beats the 8800 GT with a single GPU.
I was thinking exactly that about Windows Media Center, it's shiny and plays pretty good, but options are nested behind 10 buttons. And even then options are lacking cause its Vista... You would expect more media hardware options and capability's, but you don't get them. It's dumbed down and those options are are hidden/disabled because of compatibility development issues.
I rather like the less attractive UI with all the capability's of my hardware presented, tweakable, and functional.
They shipped the units, developed the live service, they need to support it. Along with their other products. Everything connected to the live service has been slow, inconsistent, and bloated. They owe more than just a game, and to more than just console owners. *Cough* Vista users.
