I have respect for Dr. Drew. He created a completely new format for helping people. They were comfortable calling a late night radio show anonymously but were embarrassed to see a doctor.
And how do you propose just letting one "fall" off? Are you suggesting that one of the crew repel up the cargo to somehow release the pins to a container, and then what? Have the captain create a large enough list for it to fall off?
You have a poor argument to begin with because as vehicles become safer, drivers in general are more comfortable and feel safer to the point that they drive more recklessly thus defeating the advantages of fancy brake and steering systems. The only easily viable way of actually protecting drivers from themselves on average would be to have race car quality roll cages.
Maybe you are right. There probably is no perfect ethical system in place.
Hypothetically, if this were a religion issue, or a race issue, or any issue with blatantly segmented groups- how can it be ethical to make a decision regarding one group, without having to make a similar decision for all groups?
The example that comes to mind is back when there was an uproar about showing a cartoon Muhammad on the air and the possible repercussions. There was a southpark episode all about it. If you agree to censorship demands from one group, can you comfortably ignore the other groups? or do you continue to agree to further censorship demands because everyone can get away with it and demands it now?
Maybe I am getting far from the original point- is freedom of speech and censorship an ethics issue?
When you make an ethical stance on one item- you have to make any ethical stance on all items. Because if you don't, it isn't a fair process and is no longer ethical.
OTOH, if you only make decisions based on what is legal or illegal, then you are letting your clients make the ethical decisions for themselves- the way it should be.
It's strange, but after enough time spent on the internet, I just parse through sentences like this without blinking now. Upon second glance I notice the errors- but ordinarily when I read, I am reading for comprehension and extraction- not grammar. Or it could be all the time I spend in a second language- that I am constantly simply trying to comprehend and not validate grammar.
Essentially, the Earth's rotation will put a net torque on the disc since it is parallel to the ground. It will affect the disc either negatively or positively depending on it's direction of spin.
The discs do appear to be parallel to the ground so keep in mind that depending on which way they are spinning and which hemisphere they are in, the Coriolis effect will either help or hurt them.
I have a job. I simply have no faith that SS will be around by my retirement and would rather not throw my money away.
23 year old mechanical engineer here, where do I sign out of Social Security?
Russia never stopped being a leader in astronautics. But nicely done slipping your agenda in on a compliment.
I read that as:
Russian (adj) launches (noun) delayed (verb) radiotelescope (noun)
instead of
Russia (noun) launches (verb) delayed (adj) radiotelescope (noun)
My brain inserting one little letter can change so much!
The ISS makes almost 16 orbits per day.

I think because they are making so much money from microtransactions- that they made the game itself free. You still have to pay for the items.
WTF kind of rule is that? Surely nothing in said boxes could ever be given to charity instead of thrown away! /sarcasm
Mine brought up topography of Iraq.

Are you serious?
It is a drop in the bucket.

That was good until I realized you created the account from scratch just for that post.
Awesome!

You aim lower at the sternum for a headshot.

Wrong. When you get a smartphone at Verizon, the 30 dollar "unlimited" data plan is required.

Your solution is to increase the entropy in the environment even more? Wtf?
It's kinda their job to know things...
Maybe I just misremembered from my Russian culture- my mistake.
Regionally, where Ilya Muromets came from is known today as the Ukraine. I think that is their point.
The second MIB movie makes much more sense now. Thanks!
